DriveTime Automotive Group - 2013 nissan juke

I purchase this vehicle in Nov 2019. 2 days afterwards, I started having problems ie noise from rear end of vehicle, not starting, hood latches broken, air filter never changed, I called Silverrock withinthe 3 days and due to holidays they never answered or returned my calls. I finally got into uch with them and they told me the garage er to carry the vehicle to which was Pepboys. I did carry the car there and left overnight for inspection. The next day I received a call from Pepboys and OMG. just what I expected.everything listed above plus some.Silverock denied the claim stating that it was normal wear and tear on the vehicle. I called everyone from trying to find out why it was denied. I have yet to get answers. I was told to get an estimate for the repairs and they told me it would be around 800-1000.00 to get it repaired. Driverime is refusing to help me in anyway. I am forced to volunteer the return of the vehicle and even Bridgecrest does want to help. I was forced to cancel the extended warranty and gap after I found out that they are refusing to fix anything.after looking at the paperwork, a mistake was made in the total price. They told me that the cancellation of the gap and extended warranty would be added to the end. What a stupid story. None has contacted me but I did receive the cancellation papers in the mail. Again. I am forced to return the car after 30 days of arguing with them. Yes it will hurt my credit and they are or will not be honest in the selling anyway so I want to help put them under. I am so disappointed in the way they handle business. I should have read reviews from them before even going there after they worried the crap out of me for several days before getting the vehicle. I want to help them go under!
