On 1/06/24 approximately 8:10 to 8I:15. I had thought that I had lost $20 in one of the lottery machines. Notified a employee, who informed a person with authority. This person approached me with the employee I had notified. This person with authority asked me what happened. I was explaining what happened. She felt like she heard all she wanted to hear and started interrupting me. I asked her to hear me out. At this point she developed a attitude and told me to go ahead and finish. I did, but at this point, she was not listening. I asked her name, she said "Bamb". She then said "we are trying to help you". I responded "this has nothing to do with you helping me, its your attitude". She responded they will have to look at some records. I left my name and phone #. After getting home and going thru the events. I counted my money and went thru my actions. Realized that I only lost $5. I am sorry for that error. I feel that a weeks time is more then ample time for some one to notify me of their findings.
Claimed loss: $5
Desired outcome: Bamb needs communication classes, conflict resolution seminars, customer care procedures. Return of $5. Do not want any calls from Payson Walmart management.
