Date of incident: 2/23/2025, Sunday.
Description: Ordered groceries on Saturday, 2/22/2025, for delivery on the next morning. Received update that driver had been passed through residential gate at 7:12 AM, 2/23/2025. Went out front to wait for driver, who never arrived. Came inside and found that Walmart posted a picture of delivery to a front door that is not mine to my Walmart online account. Immediately called Walmart customer support to report the issue. They took information and promised to advise ASAP. I never heard back from them. Called again on Monday, 2/24, and Tuesday, 2/25. Was told by one agent that they would start a refund process. on 2/26 received an email advising that a refund was being issued but for the incorrect order, which was received. Called Walmart to advise that they were refunding the incorrect order. They took down information and advised would rectify. Never received the incorrect refund and today was advised that Walmart considered the matter closed because of the false picture, which is not of my front porch or door. Have submitted dispute with my bank and am waiting for them. Nonetheless, I am on a fixed income and the loss of both the groceries and my money is completely unfair. I just want my money back at this point.
