Walmart Online order and Pickup

I went to S.Euclid superstore at 11am to purchase Christmas gift. Item not in stock so I ordered/paid online.Was advised to pickup item at5:30.Received email at 5:20 pickup not available and can get free shipping.I gave 2 different addresses and each time email said unable to ship to address. I was not given an alternative method to receive paid item

Desired outcome: I'd appreciate a response and shipping of item.

Walmart TV protection plan

I bought a 65" LG TV and 3 yr protection plan from Walmart.com order #[protected] on Dec 02, 2020. Recently, the TV developed a problem, so I started a warrantee claim. Square Trade, the company you gave my plan to, refuses to honor your receipt that I retrieved online because they want the original email receipt that I got when I purchased the TV. Unfortunately, I no longer have that email account. Your customer service tried to email me a copy, but your security encryption wouldn't allow her to send links, so the email was blank. Please help? This TV is being used by a quadriplegic with MS who desperately needs it.

Walmart Clearance item marked wrong and rude cashier

I was in the Chesterfield, Michigan location on December 8th, 2022. I had a clearance item that was marked down from $25.99 to $19.99. I was doing self checkout with my 85 year old mother and the clearance item scanned at the normal price. The cashier came over and told me that “someone” put the wrong sticker on it and I would have to go back to the isle and get another one. I explained that I was not leaving my mother unattended to walk in the back. I told her to take it off the bill and I complained that I didn’t think it was right to make the customer do a price check and asked if there was a manager. The cashier, known as Fran proceeded to void the purchase while saying and I quote.. “I was thinking about being nice and walking back there myself but now that you are complaining and talking about getting my manager I’m not helping you out!” And she proceeded to void the purchase and refused to call a manager but told me to go to customer service and walked away. While finishing my over $200 purchase the register would not take my debit card. Fran came over and proceeded to run it through over and over again stating that this register doesn’t work very well and I shouldn’t have came through this line. I stated that the register was open and I was done talking to her and I wanted a manager to come fix this, because I was concerned my card was going through multiple times. A young woman came over said she was the manager and proceeded to cancel the order and take it to a different register. She didn’t apologize, she didn’t say much at all really so at this point I just wanted to get out of the store and never set foot back there again.

So a couple key things that I believe need to be addressed. First the fact that the policy is to send the customer back to retrieve another item if their item doesn’t scan properly is ridiculous. And secondly the fact that the cashier not only felt empowered to take the stand on if she would “be nice” and do the price check or not as well as feeling that she does not have to call a manager when requested by a customer instead can send me to a service desk is also absolutely ridiculous. I am highly upset to be talked to in such a manner and I think that cashier needs to understand what professionalism is as I have also worked retail in my life so I am far from rude to cashiers. I was hate to see how she handles a truly rude customer.

Walmart Bad customer

I went to walmart on vista reno nevada the manager there is claudita I went in the morning to go get food I scan mine food I even aask one employer di I get all mine drinks she check and said yes and ask where is the other reciepts I say I am bearling paying well then I pay 96 dollars and starting to walk outside and she ask for a reciepts and I gave it to them she said well none of this food is in the reciepts only the corn in cans I had and I was in mine self did I forget but for 4 cans of corn is not 96 dollars but se starting searhing the bags already she already search the bags without mine consent I told her you cant do that I already paid is mine she said is not since they are in bags already your are going to and she did not said a word three ladys where coming I went back and scan the items to see the names and they where in the reciepts but even after I show her the reciepts she was infront of the door she saw me pay and three ladys came I think the manager claudita and three other employees real rude came back I show them the items where threre they want to check them again I did got mad and grab mine reciepts and left they did not said sorry even when I left the manager said how rude me rude when I am shopping and searching mine bags that I already paid I did make a complain they said they will call me and the lady online told me to wait I waited three hours and it said she disconnected from line I try to start chatting it said I was number one on queque to wait 3 hours and and theey never got online I dont think for shopping you need to be treated like that I felt so bad the address for the walmart ias 250 vista knoll parkway reno nevada it has a tank you id #7rhyzx1gx5gk manager claudita the time it was and date 12/07/22 time 09:11 am the thr tc number from reciept is 62620338171609180390store number is 04239 0p 009032 te number 32 tr number 07849 she said I did not paid be viola xl two of them and the cocunut shrimp both of them neither the mahatma rice is in the reciept

Walmart Indifferent & fully automated customer service

A Walmart.ca supervisor named "Aishwarya" promised emailing me a of my refund record from supposedly weeks ago & a manager contacting me by email  all within 48 hours from Nov 12

Again, nothing happened after another month. I never stop feeling that all Walmart.ca personnel & their marketplace people have been indifferently & insistently telling me that they had deposited my refund on a certain date 3 weeks ago at such time  with such reference number based on WHAT THEIR MACHINE INDICATED with no capability to think or reason on their own why someone kept spending hours after hours telling them that such refund is NOT RECEIVED BY THE CUSTOMER & THE BANK CONCERNED.

Not only had these Walmart.ca personnel been acting like non-human ways but they also kept giving me empty promises repeatedly.

Walmart Walmart accepted a fraudulent online order billed to my account

On 12/10/2022 Walmart took an online order number 594695 made at Walmart.com Bentonville AR for the amount of $2,498.32. I reported this to the Walmart Department on the same day. The Walmart rep gave a link to find out the next step but I could not access link to the fraudulent person interfering with my connection. I believe I was able to get my entire report through to the Walmart Fraud department and subsequently had my debit card canceled. Currently there is a pending charge on my checking account which I do not want to pay since I did not make the order.

Desired outcome: Do not charge my account for items that I did not order and take the pending charges off my checking account.

Walmart Tire installation

had ordered tires at Walmart.com they were delivered to my house. Had a appointment to have the tires installed at 9am. Had the tires in my trunk and back seat for them to install. Got back at 11:30 after checking out and leaving found the wrong tires on my car and all my tires were still in the car.

I went back in to let them know. I could of left with 2 sets of tires but did not. I was told they will have them changed out in an hour. Came back 3 hrs later and for my inconvenience the car was not ready and waiting another hour. So if you really want to waste a whole day this is your place.

Other wise stay clear.

Walmart Service

12/9/2022 Approx 5:40pm cent. Walmart 2650 Creighton Rd. Pensacola, Fla. Went to Walmart to look for items. I live in a different city and the Walmart was set up differently. I saw an associate passing by pulling a cart and asked 3 times "Excuse me miss", Excuse me", Excuse me miss I have a question". She totally ignored me and kept going. I decided to stop her by grabbing the cart. When I did, I said "Excuse me but I have a question please". She pulled at the cart and said "Don't excuse me! Let go of the cart". I said "No, I have a question I need assistance with". She pulled the cart harder and said "Let go of the cart". I asked her why she wouldn't allow me to ask her a question and help me. She pulled at the cart again and said to let go. I asked her again to let me ask her the question. She said "I'm calling my team leader". I told her good that I could report her. She walked away for about 2 mins and went else where leaving her cart. I stayed so I could get her name to report her to a manager. She went to leave and I asked her what her name was. She refused to tell me and turned her smock to the side where I couldn't read her name. So I told her I would seek out a Manager to report her. She said "Good, you do that" and walked off pulling the cart behind her. I found a manager, explained the situation, the manager said it was unacceptable behavior on the associates end and she would try to find her, after I gave her description. She showed me where the item was I was looking for then walked off. I was with my husband and he saw and heard the entire situation. I was never rude to this associate, never cursed at her nor yelled at her. Simply wanted to ask a question where an item was located in the store. If she had handled it differently all would of been ok. She could of stopped instead of ignoring me, let me ask her my question. If she didn't know or said she could ask someone else to help. Instead she choose to be rude and obnoxious towards me. Hubby and I was headed up front to check out, I saw the young lady again and told the husband "there she is I am going to find out her name". She saw me walking in her direction and said "Get out of my face". I was about 15 feet from her at this point. So I asked her what was her name, she turned her name badge over so I couldn't read it, refused to tell me and said "Get out of my face" once again. I walked up to her and stood in front of her cart so she couldn't move and asked again, "I'd like your name so I can report you to a manager". She pushed me out of her way with the cart and I reached up to look at her badge and she elbowed me and said "Get out of my F**CKing way". I fell into part of a shelving as she walked off with the cart. A senior lady saw and heard her and her expression was of surprise. So we headed onto the check out and then I decided to speak with a manager again. After checking out, I went up to the Service desk to speak with another manager because I felt the other one wasn't going to do anything. I explained the situation to the store manager, she said she would go to Security and have them pull up the footage on it to find out who she was. She said from my description she thought she worked in grocery dept. If that was the case, what was she doing over by the furniture/children's toys headed towards car dept. I draw the line when someone assaults me and curses at me over a customer wanting to ask a question or wanting her name from her ill behavior to report her.

She was a very cute young black women, short, small framed, blue jeans, wearing the Walmart blue vest, with hair pulled up.

I'm a 65 year old small framed older women. It is not in my nature to harm, curse or cause issues.

Desired outcome: She should be fired from Walmart. Your associate assaulted me and cursed at me. Ignoring on purpose to a courteous customer is unacceptable, but to assault, that is not an associate I'd want to work for me.

Walmart Double charging

The Walmart in Jacksonville NC on Yopp road double charged me for my groceries I used my Walmart credit card. I called the credit card company and they would not remove the charge they wanted all types of paperwork to proud I did not make the charge. Then they wanted me to see what the store would do I have never had so much trouble getting a fraudulent charge taken off my credit card.

Now I see that Walmart is doing this through out the country, I sure this is causing bounced check's and the customer's are being lied to about this and Walmart is making interest on the thousands of dollars. My store said it would take several days to fix.

Desired outcome: National apology and fix the bounced check's return the money.

Walmart I was giving a refund on a product returned to the store. Then walmart took the money back out of account

I placed an order on Walmart.com on October 18th, 22 for a purple dresser. The money was debited from my account the very next day. I received the dresser about a week later. I pulled all the parts from the box and proceeded to put it together. Once done, it was then realized that 2 of the inserts for the drawers were missing. I immediately contacted the seller (via messaging platform on Walmart's app), informing him/her that I needed two inserts for the drawers. I got no response. I contacted the seller twice more, and still no response. I

I then decided to order another dresser to get the inserts (because I wanted the dresser), and then request a return for the 2nd dresser (since it was only needed to get the missing parts for the 1st dresser). Which is what I did. I was then instructed to take the dresser to the nearest Walmart store. Which I did on Nov 20, 22. I was given a receipt showing that I was given credited. I received the credit to my account Nov 21, 22. Then a little over a week later Walmart took the money back from my account, saying that they haven't received the returned item. I have contacted corporate and nothing. I have contacted BBB and waiting to hear from them.

Be very careful when purchasing things from 3rd party sellers on Walmart.com. They tell you if you have an issue you have to take it up with the seller. I am stuck because I haven't heard anything back from the seller, but really wanted the dresser, which is why it was ordered in the first place.

Desired outcome: To get my money back ($77.03).

Walmart Double charged

I was charged twice for the same item on 12/05/22.

I didn't realize this until I got home and looked at the receipt. Cashier started checkout; then left to go to the bathroom. Another cashier came to replace him. So, I'm guessing the first cashier had rung up the 5 avocados; then, the seocnd cashier rang them up, too. How do I get my money refunded?

Walmart Membership service and out of stock tv

I attempted to purchase a tv online from Walmart and was told to get the price I would have to become a member. Nothing was said about the membership costing anything. I was only joining what I thought was a free membership to get the good price on a tv. The tv turn out to be out of stock. I wasn't told of this and was still charged for the membership. They also had no record of me purchasing anything but still charged me for the membership which I do not want since I had to take it in order to get the price on the product and didn't receive the product. I would really appreciate getting reimbursed for the membership since I was given no knowledge of the cost.

Desired outcome: I would like my money back for a service I didn't want and feel I was tricked into getting it.

On December 4, 2021 I order ESPN 84" Glacier Arcade Air Hockey Game Table, Inlaid Electronic Scorer, White/Red Order # [protected] for my grandkids visit to my home for the holiday. The item arrived damaged and I called your company to report that the item was damaged. I talked with a representative on 1/12/2022 regarding the damaged item.

The representative at that time put in an order for return and refund, I told him I did not want a refund I wanted a replacement at which time he cancelled the pickup and refund. The representative then preceded to check and schedule for a replacement. The representative stated that the item was on back order and when the item is back in stock they would send out the replacement. I called back in April to check status but did not get an update on the replacement.

On 9/13/2022 I called and talked with Mohammed your 1st line customer services representative who told me that the record show that I called to report the item was damaged and requested a replacement on the table. At which time he could not do the replacement but would transfer me to a 2nd line representative that could. He transfers me to rude representative (Shemika) who would not repeat her name and told me that it was too late and it was my responsibility to call every month to check status. I told her that I was not instructed to do that. She proceeded to inform me that its too late for Walmart to honor or do anything for me and ended the conversation.

I have had a good shopping relation with your company and would like to keep that relationship. To avoid any further escalation I would appreciate if someone from your organization could investigate this matter and replace the item that was damaged so my grandkids can enjoy the game.

Walmart Eye exam/glasses prescription

I got an eye exam at Walmart vision center and made it very clear that my current prescription was no longer working, and I needed to be able to see small numbers on a computer screen for my job. The doctor didn’t bother looking up my current prescription. He rushed the exam and when my glasses came in he said my eyes would adjust. They never adjusted and when I went back a couple months later I was told my eyes must’ve changed. Considering the glasses were useless from day one, that was a cop out. They told me to pay out of pocket or be without glasses for 2 years. My insurance only covers exams and lenses every 2 years, so my choices were to not have glasses for 2 years or pay almost $200 out of pocket. This is unacceptable. If the eye exam wasn’t done correctly and the glasses are useless, why should I be penalized? I need something else to be done.

Desired outcome: I want a different doctor to perform the exam and write a new script for new lenses.

Walmart Online order

I have ordered a TV on November 16, 2022. on their website, it stated that it will be delivered to the store of our chose withing 2 days, however when I ordered it changed to Dec 1, 2022. The store in Barehaven in Ottawa. Now next day, less then 9 hours after I ordered, the TV was not yet shipped. I asked to cancel the order so that I can go to the store and purchase the tv or have the store provide me with the TV since it already charged to my credit card. They refused, stating that they can't do it and their online order policies are different they store policies. yet the TV was not yet shipped. they escalated and I was to get an answer within 72 hours, I have not heard nothing and when I try to call and talk to a supervisor I am told to be patient and wait for the TV to arrive in store, then I can refuse the order to be reimbursed then. why should I wait over 3 weeks for the reimbursement? It makes no sense and no one on their curstomer service is willing to assist,

Desired outcome: I would like either a refund,or allow me to get the TV at a store with my online receipt that was sent via e-mail plus a change to their online policies ,telling customers they can only cancel within 30 mins is unacceptable.

Walmart Sim card for cell phone so disappointed

Good, blessed Tuesday morning. I went to the Walmart here in Tyler , Texas on S. Broadway yesterday afternoon, Nov. 21, 2022. I needed a SIM card for my phone. I am so sorry, i cannot remember who waited on me. I'm going to make a long story as short as possible. I paid $34 cash for this card. I was there an hour and a half while she attempted to make it work. she NEVER GOT IT TO WORK. she did not say the words, " too bad, so sad"..but I felt it. She said there was just nothing she could do. but here's the kicker. ...i never got my damn money back! I never touched the SIM card or even left her register. she said there are no refunds.

are you serious? I tried everything. I found someone who said they were a "manager" but she could not help me in the electronics area. [censored]. I left the store worse off than when i started. so, I am beginning here online to try to get someone honest and WITH INTEGRITY. to give my money back.

Walmart delivery

Two days ago I placed a grocery order at the Colonial Heights Va store. When I was notified my order was on the way I went downstairs to get them. I always take my wagon down for the order. I sat there for over an hour and a half with no delivery but, it said my order was still on the way. After contacting your chat line I was informed that my order was delayed and would be delayed another hour. Up till then, no one said a thing. I finally got tired of waiting and canceled my order. As of this morning, I received an email claiming my order had been delivered. I again went on your chat line for the fifth time trying to get this straight! I canceled my entire order at the beginning. This isn't the first time I have had this happen but, it will be the last. I will no longer order from Walmart.

Walmart Delivery from store

I have been a loyal customer to WalMart for as long as they have been open in Maryland. I am now considering taking my business elswhere. I have ordered multiple items in the last 2 months. On 4 different occasions the orders have been wrong. This all stems from the person collecting the order at the store and it being delivered to my homes. I am disabiled and cannot go out into the store a lot of the time. My immune system is not good.

As I've stated within 6 weeks I have gotten multiple items "not available" with no substitution selected (although, I have selected the substitue with best option). I have had a case where I ordered 4 pillows, paid for 4 pillows but only got 2. I have had a barbie doll head "delivered" to my house that was never delivered, that even had a picture as proof of delivery with clearly no package at my door. This past Wednesday I just happened to be in the store when a delivery from store was made to my home. I got notified that certain items were not available and deleted. I walked to the isle where said items were and they were in fact there available. I placed an order to be delivered yesterday 4-5pm. Paid 9.95 for delivery and 7.00 for tip. At last minute I got the your delivery has been delayed. Then, 14 items not available, some were acrylic paints one was childrens tylenol, one was Robitussin DM and one was a power strip with surge protector. Again all marked substitute with best option. All those items however had no substitutions and I got none. Now, I know that there are power strips at the store for sale. Why would it not get substituted? I worked very hard on the website making sure that I was only selecting items that the store had available for pick up or delivery today. I got online chat, 40min and got no where. I called customer service, got no where. Asked for a supervisor, got no "well we will give you $25.00 credit & you can wait 24 hours and place another order". This is unacceptable. Additionally, you can never get anyone to answer the phone at the stores. This arrises from store #3489 and this last experience order number was # [protected]. Please if you can access the chat or the phone call I urge you to do so. I spent almost 2 hours trying to get my order corrected to no avail. I had to go to Food Lion and get my cough syrup. Why do you offer a service when it is clear that you cannot carry through on your end? Sadly, this has been the case as of lately. SOMETHING HAS TO BE DONE TO CORRECT THIS!

Desired outcome: This is an ongoing issue that I have had to take approximately 5 hours of my own time and aggrevation to try and fix to no avail. Compensation for my time and aggrevation as well as fixing the issue.
