On October 2nd I bought The Stainless-Steel Garbage can. The product was delivered and realized that the garbage can was smaller than I thought it would be, so I submitted a return request. Numerous times I asked for the status of the return, to date I have not received my refund. The product was as much as the delivery fee, which is about $70.00.
I have gone to several manager and called Walmart and Sams Club to no avail.
Then I was told the order is can't be refunded because it was too late to get a refund.
Claimed loss: $70.00
Desired outcome: To get my refund a have the seller pick up the product

Oftentimes, customers have the greatest difficulty returning items at Walmart since they have to follow strict guidelines, but with a credit purchase this is understandable. Considering a different scenario, we can picture that you return the product to Walmart, “Buy a Walmart Gift Card” for example. It’s important to remember that when making a return to Walmart, you have to do it within a maximum of 90 days as the political decision states. However if that does not work, you may contact their customer service at [protected] and take it a level up. Or better yet, you can file a complaint to the Consumer Protection Agency in your state and not lend them your credit card. And there is no need to explain this in a roundabout way.
