customerservice/temp card
I actually like the card so far. The only thing I have a complaint about is that first the customer service. Now, I do work for Bank of America customer service and I know how they feel but...I cannot understand what there saying. I am not racist but I just want to understand something when it comes to my money. The second complaint I have is that when you do get the temporary card you cannot see what the transactions online or automated service. It shows you the balance with the transactions that were taken out but it dosen't show which transactions. I still love how the card works.

lost photos
This happened about 2 years ago but only NOW can I bring myself to talk/write about it without screaming. We had borrowed a digital camera from our friend so that we could capture our only child's first year. One day our friend ask for the camera back because she was going on a trip the next day.So the night before(pass 9pm) we went to WalMart hoping to save the photos on a disc. However, the machines for saving photos to a disc were out of order(even the Kodak kiosk). The clerk advised that we could use the Fuji kiosk to do a 1 day service. So we did.
The next morning a WalMart clerk calls me asking if I still wanted all 600 photos(around that number) printed and I said "yes" also asking her to confirm that my "order" was received. The clerk answered "yes." Hearing the clerk confirm that the order was in place, I erased the memory card because I needed to return it to my friend that afternoon.
We could not pick up the pictures the next day so I went 2 days later in the evening. When I went to get my pictures I was informed by the clerk that they did not have any record of my order.I became upset and gave the name of the clerk that had called me the day before. The clerk ensured me that they would call Fuji the next day to track my order.
I got no calls the next day so I called WalMart. I was informed that WalMart had the negatives(those picture CD proofs) and that I could order on their website and was given an order number.I did as told but could not retrieve my photos.
I went to WalMart later that day and then I was informed that WalMart had a problem with the Fuji kiosks so my order was lost and that WalMart had only those Picture CD proofs.I CRIED!
All photos of our child during his first year were LOST!All I had was those postcard size negatives with those tiny photos.I COULD NOT BELIEVE IT!
I complained to the store manager in amazement on how digital photos can get lost in this high tech world. I could not believe that WalMart had the Picture CD proofs but could not develop my photos.
In turn the store manager offered a discount on my next photo developing order! How cheap!
Even after calling Fuji's area manager I had no satisfying answer. My pictures were simply LOST to them.I am not looking to get anything free from WalMart and Fuji but how can two big companies just loose pictures AFTER a clerk confirmed that the order was received?!?
No compensation can buy those lost precious photos of our child's first steps, first trip to the zoo, etc!
If only we had the money then to buy our own camera and/or memory card...
I still cannot believe that after loosing those precious photos all I was offered was a discount of a couple cents per picture on my next transaction! WalMart and Fuji seemed so heartless in there error!

wal-mart money card
This card is an abosolute P.O.S.!
So I added $200.00 to the new card that I got in the mail. The money went on right away. I went online to purchase some items and pay some bills. The money card (which includes a Visa logo on the front which is a complete joke) kept getting declined! It was embarrassing.
I called Wal-Mart customer service in the morning (I stayed up fuming all night) after viewing my transactions on their website and seeing that even though my card was declined the money card was still deducting the money from my account! And it was doing that for every attempted purchase I made.
I finally got someone on the phone, but I can't get my money back for 10 days (it's June 5 and I won't see my money until June 15). The lady told me my zip code was 9 digits in their computer instead of the regular 5 and that's what caused the glitch! Who entered my zip code as 9 digits? I know I didn't!
This card is an absolute joke. Never, ever, ever again. I was just trying out purchasing items online for the first time too and Wal-Mart has ruined it completely for me.
Has anyone sucessfully cancel a wal-mart money card? if so, can you help me? It has been a real nightmare. All I wanted to do is give some Christmas gifts. Money is spent and now I owe them.
Thank you for Calling Wal-Mart. For English press one Parra Esponial oprrima dos...I'm sorry we don't recognize that comand...for english press one Parra esponial o-prima dos, Gracias por illamdo Wal-Mart...POR FAVOR it's you again didn't you get the hint the fist time?
Call walmart. Tell them the date and time you bought the card. They should be able to print you a new receipt...
My husband purchased a Walmart Pre-paid Debit card for Mother's Day for me and over one month later, the nightmare of this card still lingers.
I tried to activate this card a few weeks after receiving it and was informed that I would need the receipt in order to get the activation number off of it. I have never heard of anything like this so I tried to contact their customer service (the number on the card is [protected]) and an automated voice asks for your account number when you ask for customer service. If you don't enter the account number in, you are disconnected. If you enter the account number of an unactivated card, it tells you that you must enter the activation code before speaking to customer service...SAY WHAT?!?! If you don't enter the numbers it disconnects you so there is no way to get to customer service to receive assistance. If you try to press 0 or ask for customer service through the automated line you receive a "sorry I do not understand that response" and it disconnects you. Obviously they have no desire to help accommodate their customers. So I decide to call 1-800-Walmart. The customer service rep there tells me that she can't help me with my issues because I don't have an activation number and that I need to contact the Wal-Mart that the transaction was done at to get a copy of the receipt or contact GE because it was a GE issue. Hello, your name is all over this Wal-Mart! www.walmartprepaid.com is where you go to activate it, the card has a huge "Wal-Mart" logo on it, when you call the 877 Come on, there MUST be a better way to do this! So I contact the Wal-Mart that this transaction took place at and the very kind associate there, Kathy, is working on the issue at this moment.
DO NOT PURCHASE THIS "HASSLE FREE" CARD UNLESS YOU CAN GUARANTEE YOU DON'T NEED CUSTOMER SERVICE. Once I receive the activation code and can contact the customer service at [protected] I will have them refund the money off this card back to the debit card it was taken off of. I refuse to give them my business!
How did you even GET a live person on the phone? I've never been able to.
Never buy money cards over the net, you cant cancel them .
site to store express rip off scam
Buyer beware of walmarts site-to-store express program
I purchased walmart's site-to-store express in december of 2008 for an annual fee of $29.00. It worked very well and I was able to use it on nearly all the items on my list. The site-to-store shipping option was available for clothing (Regular priced and clearance), gift items that were personalized, board games, kids toys and various other items.
Now in june 2009 no clothing items are available for site-to-store shipping and many other departments/items are no longer available for site-to-store shipping.
It's only been six months and I haven't been able to use the express service because I don't buy electronics or housewares.
I've sent several emails to customer service but I get the same cut and paste answer to every email complaint I send in.
Apparently without a specific order number everyone at walmart customer service is paralyzed to help me.
Walmart never sent any notice of the drastic change in the departments and items that will no longer be available site-to-store.
I feel cheated and tricked. It was clearly bait and switch and I don't have any recourse because the fine print states that they can change the express program at anytime without notice. There can be no refund for any of the $29.00 once the membership is used.
Buyer beware!
The complaint has been investigated and resolved to the customer’s satisfaction.
I think you got ripped whether the program covered everything you expected or not. Think about it, you payed $29.99 for a service that still requires having to go to the store to pick up the items you ordered? That's the rip-off.
While I don't disagree with the fact that it sucks that they're currently not offering any more clothing as part of the service you paid for, the $29 probably covered (easily covered) what service you did get. What you could do for reference, is check and see what the program you signed up for (in its original form) was supposed to cover and if in the rules you read those things were subject to change. If they were not in your original contract, you may be able to petition a grievance. (and no, the conversation between you and the sales rep was not a binding contract - the piece of paper he or she had you sign WAS)
Otherwise, you have two things to do - call and find out if clothing will ever be back as part of this deal, and if not, cancel the program so you are not charged a second time.
what actions are being taken
So the ethics commity for walmnart has done nothing to look into there employee problems and the use of drugs while on the clock. Is the walmart ethics commity going to just sweep this under the carpet and let the employyes of barstow ca 92311 walmart continue to use drugs while on the clock?will the ethics commity please look into this matter please?Or does walmart just dont care about there code of ethics is it just all B.S. !PLEASE DO SOMETHING ABOUT YOUR PROBLEM !Dont let the emplyees think that its ok to use drugs on the colock!THANK YOU

won't honor their incorrect priced items
My husband and I went into Walmart today to purchase some computer memory. When we walked in we found that there were two types to choose from 1G and 2G. The 1G was DDR and that was the one that we needed for OUR computer and the 2G was DDR2 which we could not use. We would've gotten the 2G if it would've worked for our system because the price listed was only around $40 and the 1G was around $30. So we asked the electronics employee to get us the 1G of memory - since it was locked up.
We went to self check and it immediatly stated that we needed assistance. It rang up for over $50 for the 1G. We explained that the sticker on the item showed that it was around $30 not $50. We were informed by the cashier that the only way that they know an item is on sale is if there is a red sticker on the actual packaging. In a super busy, super crowded store we were nice and walked back to check the price and/or grab another package that had a sticker on it. When getting back there the same employee in electronics confirmed that the price was around $30 and gave us the actual tag from where the item was, and told us to bring it to the front.
We brought it to the front and after waiting for over 20 minutes for the manager to help assist the poor cashier the manager lady came back up and said that the price was for the 2G not the 1G. she said that it was incorrectly priced since March (Uh..it's almost June) I explained that we can't use the 2G and they should honor the price that was listed above the items they were selling. I was informed that as of two years ago they do no do that any longer. EXCUSE ME?! First of all-they had that price marked incorrectly so why the hell would they NOT honor the price they had listed? That's like bringing an item you want up to the cashier, it rings up 100 dollars more than they put the price but that's too bad - you still have to pay the higher costs.
HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE! I always loved Walmart until today. WATCH CAREFULLY WHEN THEY RING YOU UP. I was so upset that after all that time, after THEY made an error that they would not honor the price that was listed. What a waste of gas, time and energy.
I looked around after that and realized where I was and should not of ever expected anything more. Trashy place, trashy employees and it's pretty much like a circus except non entertaining

I just purchased a coffee maker from walmart that was priced at $3.94. When I got to check out it rang up at $17.88. I explained that this wasn't the price listed. After waiting 20 min for someone to take responsibility for this and approve this $3.94 price I was told no one wanted to discount it $3.94. I was told they would take 10% off. At this point I wanted the coffee maker for the price it was listed for. I'm tired of walmart not taking responsibility for their error and this must be addressed.
Ljdmartin@yahoo.com
I have had the same experience at Walmart, but for a much cheaper item. I believe it was some type of household cleaner. I checked the price before getting to the register, the employee said the was the tag was wrong and put the item back in the "wrong" spot. I asked the price again when I was ready to pay, they couldn't do anything. I worked at Target years ago, and they change prices, no questions asked, ESPECIALLY when it is their error (no matter the price). Today, for the third time I checked Walmart to see if they had a vacumn cleaner listed in their ad. Again, they don't have it. But they did try to sell me an identical one, same model-different color for more money. Their ad says that if the item is sold out they will sell you a similar item for the same price. Here I had the identical item but they wouldn't honor their ad. The ad also says that they give rainchecks. Yet I was told that they couldn't do that either. I just left, especially since I have bought two supposedly new vacumns from there that broke within days. I just thought since it was close and a good deal...
loaded a expired money card
On today i went to walmart to add money to my walmart money card. I put $160. 00 on the card to pay a bill. When i call the co. To pay the bill i found that the card had expired. So i went back to walmart to see what i needed to do. I called the money card center because it took my money and i could not get my money back off the expired card. I asked nwhy did it accept the money and the card was expired? So i purchased a new card the supervisior told me to activate the new card and she would transfer he money to the new card. I expressed the importance that they do that a. S. A. P. So after i activated the new card i was told that the transfer was taking place as we were talking, and i would be called when it was complete. Well quess what i never received the call and when i called back the office was closed and the money had not been transfered.

garden center
I went to walmart today at store #2497 in phillipsburg, n. j. I parked by the gate, near lawn and garden, as I have a very hard time walking. the gate was shut, but I was left in. I picked out my plants, went inside to pay for them only to be told that the register was closed. I had to walk all thru the store to the front checkouts to pay for my plants. there was no-one in lawn and garden to run the checkout. there were not any prices around the plants to know how much they were. I shop the store as little as possible anymore. it is always under staffed. there are very few registers open either. also, when I go into the fabric dept. some of the employees do not know what they are doing. I sew, and I buy fabric alot. good thing I know what i'm looking for. i've been asked by one of the assoicates if I could help another customer because she didn't know how to help her. and speeking of the fabric dept., what a mess. there are always shopping carts full of items with notes on them, such as "to be worked", overstock, etc. what's up with that? that store has gone from a nice store to a terrible store. the management doesn't care either. I will continue to limit my shopping in this store, and take my business to target. I only wish they had a fabric dept. at target, I would shop at that store all the time. i'm even thinking about switching to another pharmacy as well. store # 2497 needs to have some major changes done in it.
Walmart has become one of the largest Flea markets of all time, when i go inside of one of these stores i fell like im at the flea market on a weekend, thats how bad this store has gotten over the years, they treat there workers like a paid slave also its become very bad .
card is worthless, very poor customer service
My son was given a Walmart/Ge Moneybank Prepaid Visa card as a gift. When he tried to use the card he was told he had to have the orignal cash register receipt, which he doesn't have because it was a gift.
After over an hour on the phone with both Walmart and GE Money, they refuse to help at all. And ALL of the normal customer service numbers will not even get you to a real person. When I did get a real person I was transferred several times, and ended up back at the original numbers that won't let you talk to anyone until you activate the card, which we can't do. This borders on a criminal scam, when they sell something, take your money, yet make it so that it can't be used. Many people keep the receipt in case it gets lost, but who would think that you couldn't even use a gift card without the original receipt?

I've been using a Wal-mart/ G.E. Money Bank card for year when in Febuary i had a card get Canceled because i used a nickname on the card after many hours on the phone and yelling cussing and screaming and 6 months i was told by a supervisor that the refund check has been cashed but i never got the check. I have been trying since Feb 23 09 to get this check sent to me but it seems to me that the company is running a scam, I'm just going to Sue them I'm tired of them beating around the bush and lying to me about what they have or haven't done With MY money.
The card comes in very nice package. No where on it does it say that the gift giver is to activate it! This must be a post from Walmart since I have informed them of the fact that this posting is happening and they need to fix their problem.
SUCCESS! I received the check yesterday for $28.
Okay, not sure if I am going to be receiving a $28 refund check but this is what I was able to do. I called [protected] and went under the option of card is stolen, punched in the card number and was directed to a customer care specialist, I automatically asked for a supervisor. They will want to know why, automatically state that you are aware of the scam and you are wanting to speak to a supervisor asap. By the way, you are calling the Phillipines. The service calls are being sent their. I was able to tell from the accent and that made them even more nervous. Explain that you have called SEVERAL times, which I had and you needed to get a hold of someone in the US that you could file a complaint with. They are ready to help you now. They will FINALLy attempt to activate your card. Tell them, you've read the website complaints and that is not going to work either and that you want a full refund. They will take down your name and address, ask them what the amount of the check will be, they informed me $25 for the value and $3 for the activation fee, so I am to get a check in 7-10 days for $28. I will come back and post if and when I receive the check.
rude cashier qwuen/gwen
I went to walmart and got in a 20 items or less line. I had bought a few beverages and beach wear and counted 20 items.
Plus all the self check out lanes were out of order and only two cashiers were 'working.' *They were chatting and ignoring the customers waiting to check out* and the lines were long.
So I Get in line and meet this woman. She says to me 'uh oh, swine flue alert."
"Excuse me?"
She sighs and grabs my items, which I placed on the check out stand and THROWs them in the bags and flings them into my cart. She crushed my chips.
"Uh, do you mind?"
She rolls her eyes and continues to throw my items in the cart. She then stands there and says 'anything else?"
"yes, tanke those items off b/c Im not paying for it."
"what ever mexican."She says throwing the receipt at me.
"whatever chongo." I said. "heaven forbid you threw crap at me." That pissed her off XD
I talked to the manager and he didnt care. I figured she was flustered that I made her do a simple job and wasted her braincells.

could not return toaster
I bought a toaster a few weeks back and lost the receipt. The toast was stuck in the toaster so I did the most logical thing. I shoved a knife in it to get the toast out. All of a sudden I got a huge shock.
I went to return the toaster. Since I had no receipt I was told I could not return the toaster. I asked for a manager. The manager came and first he refused to let me return the toaster. Then he had this huge grin and a gleam in his eye. He told me that he would let me return the toaster on one condition. He was in the mood for a blow job, and if I preformed one on him he would allow me to return the toaster. I was very reluctant on this but I wasted $29.94 on the toaster and reluctantly agreed with his proposal. I asked if we could do our business in the washroom since I did not want everyone to watch. He said no deal, if you want to return the toaster we do it right here and now. So I gave him the blow job. After I was done he told me that I was not good enough and I could not return the toaster.
Here is what I would like to happen. I would like first and for most for the manager to apologize and admit that this is the best sex he ever had, and finally I would like to be allowed to return the toaster.

Liz, there have been complaints that are troll posts which don't have the topic of sex in them which have been deleted for being fake. I am surprised that this one is still on. Anyways I always wanted to say this.
Children don't try this at home.
You know shamm, this would make a good porno.:D I wonder if anyone took pictures.
hot story
This story is not true ofcourse rwj19731, I am sure someone would have called the police since Brett is claiming he is preforming a fellatio in front of everyone at the courtsey desk.
first of all a toaster is not that serious and second you were stupid for giving head for a 29.95 refund and for doing so you pretty much ruined a multi million dollar law suit and you may still be able to get the person fired but that was pretty stupid sinking down to that level and thats if the story is true
Shoving a knife in a toaster is not "the most logical thing to do".
I'll leave the rest of the crap for someone else to answer.
fired
was fired 5/18/2009 for to many points feel that ok I was fired but why did the whole store have to know even before I did when I walked in to go to work at 10 pm 5/18/2009 I felt like I had the pleg or something everyone looking at me wispering had people who never ever talk to me say how are you doing just think it is none of anyones business what anyone...

My daughter and son-in law purchased a Walmart Money Card (Visa) in December of 2008 as a gift to my husband and myself. The Walmart cashier did not tell them that the store redeipt was necessary in order to activate the card. The receipt was discarded and now I cannot activate the card.
To those at Walmart $50.00 may not be much, but to me it is too much to throw away.
The card was purchased at a Walmart in Austin, Minnesota.
Please help me get this card activated.

Walmart can reprint a receipt they did it for me at the Elk River, MN Walmart. I think that as long as it was not paid with Cash. Don't let them tell you they can't do that since I know they can.

ge money bank / collection agency
Walmart uses a bank / collecion agency in another county. Your personal information is not only in the United States but tucked away nicely in Maylasia. When you have a dispute regarding your bill, you will be taking with a person who does not understand English! Way to go Walmart and GE Bank!

buyer beware
My mother bought me a $399- Dyson vacum the other day at my local Wal-mart ( bless her heart)but i myself had recently bought a new vacum. Mom gave me receipt to return if i wanted to which i figured i hadn't even opened box so i'd go return it and get much needed groceries. At customer service desk i was told that you can't return Dyson vacums even if you have receipt . I said shouldn't that be posted some where because as someone spending that kind of money i would of taken that into consideration before i purchased it.I was then told that it was posted somewhere on the outside of box yet i couldn't see it and the manager couldn't either then she said " well i know for sure its on the literature INSIDE THE BOX" well lady most people don't open the box to read the literature untill after the made the purchase and take it home! by then your in the perdicament i am in NOW. So buyer of Dyson beware you can not return them to the store of purchase.
The complaint has been investigated and resolved to the customer’s satisfaction.
I also think that is insane. I have bought numerous things at Walmart, and NEVER had a problem returning them. In fact, I just returned at $185.00 Infinity vacuum which was a piece of junk, and which was purchased in May, 2008 and today is 10/23/09, (I still had the receipt) and the manager was gracious enough to hear my story, called Euro-Pro who made the vacuum, and made arrangements to ship the vacuum back to them for a store credit. The manager also gave me a store credit on the spot for the vacuum and I am now purchasing the Dyson. Wal-Mart works with customers beyond the call of duty, and if a store clerk said no, you should have taken it up a level and then some. I have never been turned down a return by Wal-Mart EVER. I have even bought stuff at one Wal-Mart and returned it at another, and still there was no problem. Just take it up a step if you get turned down. Don't yell and argue, just explain your situation. Also, you can make a complaint with the Consumer Protection Division in the state you reside -- they have to take it back if you have your receipt and it is not opened and if it is opened and it is broken or defective -- there are consumer laws and they have to take it back. You just can't return a shirt that you wore for 6 months and tell the clerk you don't like it anymore. Either the clerk didn't know his job or you didn't have a receipt and wanted a cash refund, but something isn't adding up here. Wal-Mart is great about returns! Did you talk to a manager or talk to a new clerk on the job for 2 days?
That's insane and I don't believe your Wal-Mart is correct about that. It doesn't say on Wal-Mart's website anything about a special return policy for Dyson products. Maybe try a different Wal-Mart where someone knows what they're talking about.
prepaid walmart visa card
I recently bought a $50 dollar Wal*Mart Visa gift card and its a useless piece of crap. The main reason I got this was so I could order Skype online and order a few other items with it. Every site I go to it says that Im un-able to use this card, or its invalid or something stupid like that. Not to mention they start reducing money from the card if there...
Read full review of Walmart and 8 commentsrude and poor customer service
I have spent alot of money whenever I go shopping at my local Wal-mart store, some of the employees who work at the Oceanside location are very rude and gave me poor customer service today. I was in one aile and one of the employees told me that I was in her way and she wanted me to move so she can get by me. I did move but she didn't say thank you. Also, when I was in the Jewerly counter and tried to speak to an employee who worked at the counter. She ignored me and didn't look up at me once, then I try talking to her again then she finally did look up at me. It just seems like the employees who work there are so unhappy and are rude to some of the customers because they hate their jobs.
I think I will shop elsewhere like at Target because at least when I walk into Target the employees greet you with a smile and ask if they can help you with something. Also, Target appreciates my business unlike Wal-mart.
The complaint has been investigated and resolved to the customer’s satisfaction.
This is something that you ### to your husband about (probably where you get all of that money from), and not something worth posting on a consumer review site. Nobody cares that a Wal Mart employee didn't thank you for getting out of her way so that she could do her job.
I am also an employee at Wal-Mart and sometimes we have bad days also just like people who don't work at Wal-Mart...and I bet they have already seen you in that same store since then so don't complain and say you are going to shop somewhere else. Do you even have a job or are you the type that live off of the government, from our paychecks and complain about it?
stupid cashiers
WalMart NW Expressway, and Council in Oklahoma City.
Made a purchase of $30.31. Handed the debit card and 1 dollar to cashier. told cashier to take the 31 cents out of the dollar and use the 30 dollars on the debit card for purchases. the idiot took the dollar, then told me he and she would take $29.31 off the 30 dollar debit card and leave 59 cents on the debit card. WHAT THE HELL TO YOU DO WITH A 59 CENTS DEBIT CARD? I asked them and they just looked at me like they were stupid. So I had to go find a manger and work it out so that I could clear the 59 cents off the debit card... What kind of idiots does WalMart have a cashiers when they can't understand a 30 dollar debit card and needing to take 31 cents from a dollar bill?

To answeringyourquestions...if someone only has 30 dollars on their debit card and the total came to 30.31, then obviously they need to pay the difference another way. It is an easy transaction, if the cashier knows what they are doing. You can type in .31 cash first and then the total is 30 dollars and they swipe their card for the rest of it. Or, type in 30 and hit debit and it will prompt that they still owe 31 cents. It's not difficult at all. As for the comment that if you have a debit card you won't need to make change, you need to understand the difference between debit and credit. You can't take more money from a debit card than what you have in the account.
This cashier could have had a bad day, did you ever think of that? Maybe she had a death in the family or is going through a divorce. Not everyone can function at 100% every minute of everyday. Plus, how competent do you want someone to be when the company they work for treats them badly. Disgruntled employees make more mistakes. WHY DON'T YOU GET A LIFE, THIS COMPLAINT IS USELESS!
Ok, I'm confused. What did they do, run your debit card twice? And what did they do with the dollar? I'm a cashier at Walmart and would have ran the card for $30, with a balance of .31, which I would have used the dollar to give you .69 change. Its not hard! And yes, calling someone an idiot is not right and immature.
Who do you think you are?! I've been a cashier on and off for four years while I've been in college/high school and I make mistakes. We all make mistakes, even you! If the cashier is anything like me, he/she could sense your attitude and felt intimidated, and therefore was more likely to make a mistake. The manager fixed it, you got your money back, so stop complaining. People like you who think you're superior because you've never had to stand behind a counter make me sick.
WHY DID YOU NEED TO CHANGE A DOLLAR? IF YOU HAVE A DEBIT CARD YOU SHOULDNT HAVE TO WORRY ABOUT IT... YOURE THE IDIOT COMPLAINING OVER A WHOLE BUNCH OF NOTHING
We had an encounter with an employee in the Chickasha WalMart that cost us time & money, so I registered a complaint on the WalMart website. I was called by the manager of the Chickasha WalMart, who was completely unhelpful. She only made excuses for the employee, who is still doing the same poor job to this day. If you think there is a valid complaint I recommend making it to the national headquarters. You may not be satisfied, but at least you tried.
Was a customer manager supervisor for years at Walmart - four different locations - they are all the same. I have no respect for the way they treat their employees and they really do get over on their customers. It was a job is all I can say. Did all I could to please the customers and STILL keep my jobs until I could find something better. It is always "Cover Your A "
really-FED-UP are you high or something?
Brenda,
I hate to burst your bubble, but...
$1.00 - $0.31 = $0.69
Really fed up, your comment is ridiculous. I can tell you, as a cashier, that about 40% of the customers that come through my line do NOT know which way to swipe their card, and as many as 60% do not know when. Almost half of my customers don't know to follow the prompts on the screen. If I just stood there and said nothing to them, many would stand there all day. To simply say, "other way" when they swipe their card the wrong way, or "you can go ahead and swipe" if they appear to be waiting does nothing more than assist the process, quicken the closure of the transaction, and allow other customers waiting in line to be served in a timely manner.
I can tell you, as someone who has experienced plenty of customers like yourself, who have no regard for those around them, that when you act in such a way, you do nothing more than disrespect a hard-working, underpaid citizen and make a scene and a hindrance to the shopping experience of other customers. The world does NOT revolve around you.
Secondly, you attack cashiers for following what management tells them to say. Are you suggesting that people with families to support, bills to pay, and other responsibilities to meet should risk their employment by NOT following instructions? If I didn't ask the questions I am required to ask, I would not have a job at the end of my shift.
In the end, I know a comment on a public forum will not change you. Your immaturity is something that has to resolve itself, and chances are, it will do so through karma. You keep acting like you do, and one of these days, someone is going to "go absolutely ballistic on you and you will have deserved it!"

I spent over an hour today trying to get account information on a fraudulent account on my credit report for GEMB/Walmart in the amount of $68. The amount and type of card is what pisses me off even more. I was transferred to 3 different numbers which each person stating that they have less information than the previous number about where the card was sent, what the charges were and how the card was obtained. All I was offered was a settlement offer...Why would I pay 50% on anything that I have nothing to do with and that is ruining my credit report. GEMB is a fraud which works for the con-artist and spit in the face of the victims!
