Getting Kicked Out of App
This app worked fine for 2 months and then all of a sudden, I can’t even open it. It will load saying “[protected]@walmart” and then kicks me out to my home screen. I’ve deleted the app and reinstalled to see if that was the issue, but still did the same thing. My iPhone 6 is updated to what is most recent. This is just quite annoying as I do the covid screening before going to work, and now I can’t. This app at one point was convenient but is now taking up space on my phone. It was nice being able to see my schedule as well as available ships and such through the ability of my phone, for the little time it lasted.

2 step verification error
So I see a lot of people are having similar problems as me. The app worked for a few months, then one day I decided to get a new phone, I sign in on the [protected]@walmart app and it won’t let me sign in, so I realized it’s probably the vip access code and try to delete it and add a new one but as I try it won’t let me and keeps having an error, then Walmart tells me to use Field support and they can never transfer me but when they do I don’t know how to fix my problem. I just keep getting a 2 step verification message every time I try to sign in on my phone. It’s been like this for 5 months or more. I’ve also tried adding voice mail and it has an error on that too.

App does not work
Walmart fix this app and give everyone the opportunity to clock in and out through it. Our time clock is a mess and doesn’t work better either. It’s really nerves wrecking struggling to clock in at work cuz time clocks are not working.
Since the introduction of this app I have used it twice and that’s about it. Am literally standing inside the store and the app tells me in need to be close to clock in am wondering what close it’s really talking about. I have gone to the break room, by the customer service desk, towards the pharmacy, by the SCO, by the door, outside the building and nothing seems to work cuz according to the app am not even in the store facilities

Clocking in and out issues
Lately I have noticed when it’s time to clock in and out from my shift it freezes. I’ve had to turn my phone off and on to make it work. Now I have to delete the app then loading it back on. Having to start over for my password ect. When I think it’s working I get an error message. Then I have to log on a computer to see if I was clocked in. I have had times where it says I clocked in and I wasn’t. The time was saying I clocked in at this time but I didn’t start work till 1 hour later. It’s confusing and time consuming. This issue will have us thinking we are clocked in and started working when in fact we have not due to this glitch. This issue will put our jobs in jeopardy. So please fix this ASAP. Thanks!

Customer service and disputes
I had filed a dispute with Wal-mart on 4/18/23 on a transaction that had taken place on my Walmart debit card account for the amount of $500.
Please see attached documentation below. I have not received the $500 nor an explanation as to why I am not receiving the $500? I have called and called and I get hung up on, put on hold for over an hour and no one answers.
Here is the letter of dispute I emailed on 4/19/23.

My card was shredded because I called Walmart customer service on 4/10-4/11 to report another unauthorized transaction, so they ordered me a new card (still haven't received) and told me to shred my other card because I couldn’t use it anymore. Plus, I didn’t have access to my account on 4/18/23 to make this transaction because whoever hacked my account changed my email address (which I was notified by Walmart per my email address they had on file - I have attached email) so I couldn't access my account in which turn is the reason I called Walmart. I was then informed by Walmart Customer Service that my account had been hacked and they froze and closed the account. I was finally transferred to Walmart Disputes and they finally informed me as to why my account was closed and for the EFT of $500.00.

I had to wait almost 1/2 hour for someone to bring me change that would be accepted in the self pay. The team leader was rude so I wrote a letter to Melanie, the store manage at the Norris Freeway , Knoxville TN location. She never responded and none of my emails or phone calls to the store and their online complaints sites were responded to. This has been on going for over 5 months, so I gave up after 6 tries. I shop at Aldi's, Food City and Amazon and found everything I need there
Desired outcome: $25 gift certificate for making me wait for 1/2 hour

i ordered online on 5/26 the order was supposed to be delivered but was returned today to walmart from usps stating undeliverable , I have been waiting for this order for 2 weeks.
When i ordered i gave the address correctly, after speaking with walmart customer service, she said that walmart did not have my correct address and was issued a refund.

Bought Activia yogurt from walmart on Stavanger drive, st. Johns nl...when I got home I realized that the date was up on the product for over a week... Card Fraud
I have been trying to get my money back from some fraudulent charges to my travel card. The charges were from October 2022 through December 2022. I have been working with my bank and talking to my card holder and they want proof that I did not authorize these charges. They were all made at Walmart.com. I have never used this card on walmart.com. I would like information on where these items that were fraudulently purchased and where they were shipped. The total amount of the charges are $557.39.
Desired outcome: I would like someone to call my on my office phone and give me the items that were purchased, the address they were sent and who authorized the purchase. I would like to be reimbursed or all the purchases.
Product purchases
I purchased 5 items from walmart.com to be shipped. I looked at my card used to purchase the items and the total charge and a few cents more as a separate charge. I was informed on my first call to walmart customer service that this is a holding fee and will be reimbused, though as of yet it has not been. One of the boxes has items in it that are too big for me to carry safely and large enough to not fit well in the shopping cart. I called wamart.com customer service to request a return, they complied and emailed shipping labels. I called back the next day or two as I do not have a printer and requested mailing labels. This was on a saturday so I dont get mail delivered on sunday or the holiday that next weekday being monday. The pickupwas scheduled for the following tuesday or wednesday but I didnt know how that would work as I woulnt get the labells by mail minimum until that tuesday or wednesday. I called back requesting the pickup date be changed to june 5 to get the labels in time. However fedex came to pick them up on the original date and couldnt take them without labels. I called again and was informed that mailing labels can take up to 10 days and so the pick up date changed to june 12 2023. It has now been 10 days and I do not have labels. Yet if I go print them at a library or ups, etc I pay for them and that is not reimbursable. And any return after 30 days cannot be returned yet this is something that has supposedly being taken care of by walmart and it has not as of yet. It all has to be received back to walmart by june 26 2023.
Desired outcome: Full refund of purchase and extra, labels applied and pick up

Hello I’m writing because Walmart moneycard has had my money on hold for days all my transactions I made on that date except for a transaction I made online with Walmart.com . We have tried to get food delivery since 6/1/2023. Order did not show up. Was never, repeat never notified that none of the 3rd party. The people who are hired and paid to deliver food. Was not showing up to work. Also order was canceled by store and not told. Tried to get delivery 6/2-2023 and 6/3/2023. Was told no one was coming into work either day and possibly not on 6/4/2023 either. This is unacceptable service and this delivery service need to be fired. And replaced. Was told this was an ongoing issue and nothing was getting done to fix. 7 people had order food on 6/1-203 and did not get it... It a very small town and why can not walmart employee delivery the food. You are paying this 3rd parts delivery and they are not, something need to be done. This leaves a very bad taste to some one from out of state.
