I have purchased a laptop and protection plan from Walmart in the past, May 2022, which was a very huge mistake, considering I had called multiple times customer care about the purchase and tired of waiting on calls for 2 hours every time and have no answer.

Issue:

HP laptop with 2 year ADP protection from Walmart - The laptop is delivered but the protection plan still pending.

Now my laptop screen has cracked and I'm trying to reach Allstate for repair, they said walmart didn't complete the order and I check the order it is the issue. Can anyone help me please?

I'm tired of escalating this issue from March of 2023. I need a refund of my money if you can't help.

just want to say every time i buy your great value chips the whole bag is bad and the workers are very rude and the shelves are always empty every time you ask a employee something we get a rude answer in stratford ontario and with the prices going up every week you should have your shelves fully stocked

Wal-Mart has charged me as of date May 30, 2023 $42.30 from three separate transactions from June-28 & 29-2022 & July 02- 2022
You think that a big company would have done something to resolve the matter. I'm on a fixed income! It took me 3 calls to Wal-Mart! They didn't even offer me a Gift card, unbelievable! It still continued! I had to call my bank to let them deal with it, I also had to get issued a new card! Imagine how many people have gone blind to these small but significant loses (to me)
Finally the last attempt call to Wal-Mart an assistant let me know that there was a glitch in their engineering system & that I would be better off letting my bank handle it. Little did they know, I already did!

This is the 6th notice of complaint I filed regarding Nov 17,2022 when WalmartGreen Dot moneycard took the liberty of stealing 116.00 from my ssi/ssa direct deposit on my roommates card. Apparently unauthorized transactions on his card, he had called regarding it. Very rude to him and said 45 days be investigated. Well it is his card, his name. I just needed a account as i filed identity theft/freud case with FTC. Social security told me i could use his acct. Nov 17,2022 went to walmart get my money and 116.00 short. Got home called and i was upset. They cant do that against law. He told me cause of roommate card. I was

levid. I have been fighting this since Nov 17,2022 and they wont give me my money...government money! Received letter and ohone call telling me also. Walmart green dot are out to steal peoples money and that is not right. I gave their names and want them arrested or fired. I am 67 on very low fixed income and very fruggle. Need my money for food. Ate my last can of soup 2 days ago. I am hungry. High cost of food is insane now. Karma will catch up to all those people/scammers who steal from elderly!;

Purchase two boxes of Ritz Hint of Salt from Walmart in Davenport IA. This batch was extremely salty even more so than the regular Ritz Crackers.

The batch number looks like 16OCT23AZ110-3 1529/1545. We tried to return them but unfortunately we did not have the receipt. Please check this batch as it is very dangerous for people with high blood pressure who would normally purchase these.

On Feb. 27, 2020, at the start of the "Plandemic" (Covid), I placed an order online (a large hand sanitizer) and it totalled $90.02. Order #[protected]. Hours later I cancelled my order, but the charge did appear on my Amex statement. I did email the company and got NO reply or refund.

I also spoke to someone, but again, no one reached me or set this straight.

In the end, I paid $90.02 for something I never got and I never received a refund.

*I managed to find the original confirmation for the order in my emails, after unsuccessfully looking for a very long time...I could not contact them again until I found the order #. The last time I spoke to someone about this was about a year and a half ago.

Placed an order for cat food for my elderly cat Alley on March 18, 2023. It was supposed to get to my place on Saturday March 20, 2023. But no show. I was informed to wait 48 hours well did, it never showed. So, it is Monday March 22, 2023. No cat food. So called Walmart. They informed me that they would issue a refund and it would take 10 days. Since being on a fixed income (retired). Not much money now a days. So, I trusted Walmart and ordered my cat food from them. Well, the cat ran out of food on March 21, 2023. Does anybody know how long a cat will live without food? Remember 10 days before I get my cat food money back to buy food for my cat. Since Walmart took my cat food money and it will be 10 days before I get the money back in my account. What I find sad is how Walmart will not even offer a $5 store credit so that I can order a few cans online and pickup at the store. Just found out something interesting. Does everybody realize that Walmart sells pet coffins? I wonder if this has anything to do with why Walmart will not even offer a $5 credit to feed the cat that they have help to starve? Are Pet coffin sells down? Makes you wonder. Just remember everyone about how Walmart feels about cruelty to animals when you are considering shopping at Walmart.

the product is good tasting and all. My complaint is why is there not and Air fryer heating instructions on the bags? You have heating instructions for Microwave and oven cooking times and temps but no air fryer but no time and temps for the air fryer? was wondering why because the brand name pizza rolls do. you should let someone know who ever prints the bags for the above product Iam writing about.

My wife put in an order on line with Walmart on 4/30/2023 for spray and wash and puffs Klinex 2 box of three. She got the spray and wash but hasn't gotten the Puffs. She called customer service many times with no avail. She gets emails saying it's delayed and will be out on such and such a date, but never shows. This is totally ridiculous. This is gone much to long and she has gotten no satisfaction from Walmart. Now she want's a refund for the Klinex since she's not getting it. If need be, I will report this to the B.B. and let them handle this.

I took off early from work i was sick. Ii was overcharged for a trim. I was there about noon to 1 at smartstyle to get a hair cut. The length was just pass my shoulders n I saw online 15.50 to 18.95 n the women charged me 25$. N did not asked me if I wanted a receipt. Which I did not get. I paid cash n gave her 28$. I should have researched online. I didn’t want a wash so I didn’t need a blow dry

My hair is very thin n I cut it myself but the back was uneven. She was brown nosing me saying I am giving u a professional haircut. I have no hair I’m 64 years old. It’s very thin. I want a 10$ refund. She is a con artist. On 5/17/23. How many more people did she pocket their money

I ordered a pink stand fan and I was issued a damaged/previously wet fan and instead of someone trying to help me or understand my problem I was just told to return it I was also accused of trying to get a reward or credit from the company by a manager Irvine at your customer service center when I just called for help I am disgusted in the way walmart employees treated me and the way they talked to me when I've done nothing wrong

Fifth time I have reached out here to complain about Walmart Money Card/Green Dot. Nov 17,2022 Walmart/Green Dot stole $116.00 from my SSI/SSA. I immediately called GreenDot and complained about this. They told me that my roommate card had $116.00 overdrawn due to unauthorized charges & needed to investigate it and would here back in 45 days! I only use his card as I was a victim of identity theft/ freud & needed a acct for my depisit only! I told them they cant do that against the law! I kept calling trying to get my $ and always got people who dont speak english & said they couldnhelp! I even wrote letters to Walmart main office, Green Dot office, wrote ssa with my receipts & lady called and toldme they have to give me my money. I tried calling Walmart again, only to get girls who dont speak englush well she was getting frustrated & git her supervisor. Well, she was extremely rude, & informed me it was put back dec17,2022. Well i never was notified nor was my roommate as it was his card & told her I wanted my $ and to mail it. She wouldnt! This has been going on now for months now! This card was in my roommates name & he is responsible for his card! I am 67 on very low fixed income and need that & for food. The high cost of rent, food, my phone, bills & household goods, i barely have enough for food! I have incurred 2 anxiety attacks now & do have to pay for my prescriptions! Looks like I am going to move soon & really need my $$$. Upsets me so how many people scam the elderly now! That is so wrong and sinful! Mothers Day is this wknd. Praying the good lord will have my money! That would make my Mothers Day happy!

On April 27th2023 I was charged twice for a order my order was completed at 1pm around 7pm that day another 113.00 dollars came off my card from Walmart this has happened before I do believe someone is stealing and scamming from this company I have been fighting to get my own money back they try to clean it up with it's a authorization hold it's not a authorization hold Walmart isn't gonna give nobody nothing or delivery a order over 120.00 dollars unless you pay for it I have also went to the courthouse and got paperwork to file a small claims because I read over 20 customers have also had money taken this month the same way it's thrift and I shouldn't have to take time out my busy day to do any of this
