Fifth time I have reached out here to complain about Walmart Money Card/Green Dot. Nov 17,2022 Walmart/Green Dot stole $116.00 from my SSI/SSA. I immediately called GreenDot and complained about this. They told me that my roommate card had $116.00 overdrawn due to unauthorized charges & needed to investigate it and would here back in 45 days! I only use his card as I was a victim of identity theft/ freud & needed a acct for my depisit only! I told them they cant do that against the law! I kept calling trying to get my $ and always got people who dont speak english & said they couldnhelp! I even wrote letters to Walmart main office, Green Dot office, wrote ssa with my receipts & lady called and toldme they have to give me my money. I tried calling Walmart again, only to get girls who dont speak englush well she was getting frustrated & git her supervisor. Well, she was extremely rude, & informed me it was put back dec17,2022. Well i never was notified nor was my roommate as it was his card & told her I wanted my $ and to mail it. She wouldnt! This has been going on now for months now! This card was in my roommates name & he is responsible for his card! I am 67 on very low fixed income and need that & for food. The high cost of rent, food, my phone, bills & household goods, i barely have enough for food! I have incurred 2 anxiety attacks now & do have to pay for my prescriptions! Looks like I am going to move soon & really need my $$$. Upsets me so how many people scam the elderly now! That is so wrong and sinful! Mothers Day is this wknd. Charged twice
On April 27th2023 I was charged twice for a order my order was completed at 1pm around 7pm that day another 113.00 dollars came off my card from Walmart this has happened before I do believe someone is stealing and scamming from this company I have been fighting to get my own money back they try to clean it up with it's a authorization hold it's not a authorization hold Walmart isn't gonna give nobody nothing or delivery a order over 120.00 dollars unless you pay for it I have also went to the courthouse and got paperwork to file a small claims because I read over 20 customers have also had money taken this month the same way it's thrift and I shouldn't have to take time out my busy day to do any of this

Food delivery.
Ordered food delivery :4/22/23 from Burbank, ca super center. I never received the order! I called Customer service 4 times, attempted to call the store twice, there was no answer after several rings on both calls. Customer service told me, 3rd call, the order could be delivered the next morning by 10 so. By 11, I cancelled. No communication ever from the store. Just told there was delay. Then, after I cancelled, I received an email message: your pick up order is ready. Really? They even put the night it originally should have been delivered. UNEXCEPTABLE! Obviously Walmart is so big you don’t care about your paying customers/ members.

American Indian
Walmart and other markets are violating the US Constitution. Article 1 Section 2 Clause 3 clearly says Indians not taxed. Each store in America tax the Indians or people who the US called Black in 1971. This fraud was created under the Doctrine of Discovery which is no longer relevant. Now it is time the stores honor the US Constitution or stay in court. The American Indians are the oldest people here and are the owners of this land. We are the Kings and the Queens of this land and you shall honor us or leave.

They pay the same taxes as other citizens with the following exceptions: Federal income taxes are not levied on income from trust lands held for them by the U.S. State income taxes are not paid on income earned on a federal Indian reservation."

Membership for grocery delivery
I have been trying to order groceries for my family of 6 since Sunday around noon and every time we place our order the entire order gets cancelled immediately. It is a large order almost $ 250 so we have almost $ 2,000 now tied up between our two cards. Mind you we pay $ 100 for our membership each year and right now we are extremely upset. We order from this same account using the same card every week and have never had this problem. I have wasted probably ten hours of my week dealing with this and still have no groceries. I have also talked with four different employees who have told me that it is a mistake on Walmart's end and to give it a few hours and try to order again and they promise that it will go through then. I have asked to speak with a supervisor and was told that they are busy helping other customers and I feel like this is a huge problem because literally thousands of dollars are now being tied up due to us being told to try again just for the entire order to be cancelled again. The account is under my husband's name William Sellers and I would love and hope that somewhere in this big corporate store there is maybe on employee that will see this and be able to address this issue for us finally please. So, Walmart+ is messing the Spark driver's over. Customers pay 12.95 a month for free delivery, and whatever else, but then that means the Spark driver still has to deliver the products to the consumer for what, 4$ a run. Then, on top of that, they are unable to give a tip to the Spark driver because the option isn't available . Your Spark drivers aren't gonna want to deliver groceries for 4$ and no tip. With the price of fuel and everything else going up. Wow.
Desired outcome: Pay your drivers more. They are not Wal-Mart employees. They don't get 15$ an hour.
Motorized carts
I take my sister shopping every Saturday, she has multiple health problems which requires her to use the motorized carts. The Walmart I shop has MAYBE 4 working carts there are broken down carts at each entrance. Most of the time they are not charged, if you can even find one. You know there are ALOT of handicap people who shop the store and could be the only day someone is available to take them on errands, these people deserve to get out of the house once in awhile too, I really believe that Walmart can afford to have a few more carts available and in working order. If we happen to go to other groceries stores they always seem to have plenty, check out cub or target. You are losing business by not providing a safe place to shop for the handicap.

Do you want more motorized carts? Where are they going to put them? They are not going to lose business since the majority of their customers are able-bodied. I am a small business using Walmart as a selling platform, and due to the horrendous seller "support" I have not had a sale in 9 days. My product isn't even listed. I have been asking for help, daily, and repeatedly. I have provided screen shots, and all the information possible. EVERY SINGLE return message from support comes from a new person that has no idea what's going on with the case, and they all suggest the same canned steps, that I established early on that I've done repeatedly. This happens literally every day. A new person messages back, tells me I need to do the same steps I've done 50 times AND are the same steps that keep being recommended, with NO NEW INFORMATION OR HELP. All of the error messages I keep getting say that it's an internal error on Walmart's end, but then support responds and says I need to do "_____." I'll repeat, I am a small business that has had NO SALES in over a week. I cannot get any help because the "support" in place for sellers is useless. Speaking to a different person that just copy and pastes the same information every time they message back isn't helpful. I have asked for this to be escalated repeatedly. Even the "internal team" keeps coming back with the same useless information. I have explained and provided screen shots as to why I cannot accomplish what they are saying needs to be done, and that it's an issue THEY NEED TO REMEDY on their end. There is no phone number to call, nor has anyone tried to call me. I'm completely at a loss for what to do at this point. I have opened multiple support tickets and they're all giving me zero help. I actually had to hire a company for THREE GRAND to deal with these issues a couple of months ago, and nothing has changed. So far, selling with Walmart has cost me thousands of dollars and resulted in not being able to sell anything at all for 9 days. How am I supposed to get help on an issue if the people I'm asking for support from don't even understand what I'm asking for? I have probably 20 screen shots of the same error coming up that says it's an issue on Walmart's end. PLEASE HELP.

However, after 2 1/2 hours, I noticed that the status of my order had been changed to "delayed." Frustrated, I reached out to customer service, which led to them refunding me the express delivery charge. Unfortunately, three hours later, I attempted to call the third-party number, but to no avail. Despite leaving voicemails, I didn't hear back from anyone, so I called my local Walmart. Thankfully, one of the representatives was able to link me to the third party, who informed me that my order could not be found in their system. Though they promised to call me back, I received an email shortly afterward stating that my order was canceled.
To add insult to injury, the representative explained that it would take 5 to 7 business days to issue me a refund, which was an unacceptable timeframe for me. I had no choice but to dispute the charge with my credit card service, which was done instantly. Needless to say, my experience with Walmart Grocery Delivery was disappointing, and it was hard to excuse the lack of accessibility and follow-through by the third-party service on the phone.
I'm not trying to delegitimize the technical issues that may arise with any large-scale app, but the lack of customer support from the third-party was unacceptable. That said, as dismayed as I may have felt, I am keen to point out that my experience is just one of many. Before trying any new service, it's essential to do your own research and read as many reviews as possible.
As a result of this incident, I opted to switch to a different service for grocery delivery. While I recognize that every company will have its own set of issues, Instacart provided me with the level of convenience and reliability I was after.

One customer expressed their frustration of the broken promises with the delivery being unavailable for the past few hours, whereby another customer was adamant that they didn't request a cancellation only for it to be canceled without their knowledge. The customer had visitors coming over, so they quickly made an order for pick-up only to receive a call later and discover they were incorrectly given someone else's order. Walmart had to replace it entirely, which was an inconvenience.
There were other cases of drivers not following instructions or being unprofessional. A customer claimed that they instructed the driver to deliver the order under the carport and ring the doorbell. The Walmart driver failed to do so, 70% of the time, leaving their customers disappointed. The driver would even leave the delivery in the middle of the driveway instead of keeping it in the instructed location. On one occasion, the driver even confused another customer's order for their order, disrupting their plans for the day.
In conclusion, Walmart Grocery Delivery has several flaws that many of its customers are not pleased with. Although it has some good aspects, it still fell short on customer satisfaction, leading to customers' dissatisfaction. Irrespective of their free delivery for several months, customers have resolved to switch to other grocery services due to Walmart's poor deliveries. Walmart must address this as soon as possible before they lose all their customers.
Unsatisfactory Experience with Walmart Grocery Delivery & Pick-up
I recently tried out Walmart Grocery Delivery through their website, grocery.walmart.com, and unfortunately, I had a less than satisfactory experience. Despite placing my order well in advance, my deliveries were consistently late, often by an entire day! To make matters worse, the substitutions made for out-of-stock items were impractical, such as peaches in place of apples and chicken stock instead of vegetable stock. Moreover, I never received a complete order as items were consistently out of stock. In this day and age where stock management programs are used in most stores, this experience was unacceptable.
After cancelling my subscription to Walmart+, I decided to give their pick-up service a try. However, my experience was just as frustrating. Despite receiving a notice that my order was ready 15 minutes prior to my scheduled pick-up time, I arrived to find full bays and no associates to bring out my order. Attempting to contact them, I was redirected to a full voicemail after calling the number provided, and even their own customer service agents were unable to reach the store. After waiting for 30 minutes with no progress, I decided to cancel my Walmart order.
In my frustration, I turned to Instacart and was pleasantly surprised to find that my exact same order was $10 cheaper. To my relief, I received a complete order without any substitutions needed, and it was waiting for me when I got home. It was disappointing to have such a negative experience with Walmart Grocery Delivery and made me question why anyone would continue to use their service.

However, I never received any sort of coupon or discount for all of the trouble that I had to go through. Needless to say, the party was not what I had hoped it would be since over half my items were missing!
To make matters worse, I also discovered that even if my order was cancelled, the driver would still receive the tip whether they had delivered my order or not. This was incredibly frustrating as I was billed separately for the tip and it seemed unfair that I would still have to pay it even if my order was cancelled. When I contacted Walmart about a small delivery order that had never shown up and got cancelled, I was charged $8 for a tip 3 days after the order was cancelled. Despite explaining to them that the delivery hadn't happened and requesting that the charge be refunded, I didn't get anywhere with my complaint. Unfortunately, Walmart's customer service team didn't seem to grasp my concern and I was left feeling frustrated and disappointed.
Overall, my experiences with Walmart Grocery Delivery haven't been great. Despite a few positive experiences in the past, I am starting to think that this service isn't reliable enough for me to continue using it.
