Delivery "delayed" but never showed up and no update given
Placed an order at 2:30 pm on 12/22/2022 and express delivery was an option. We are all sick and can't leave the house so I was more than glad to pay the fee as we were desperate. Received notification that the order was delayed at 4:30 pm which was inconvenient but acceptable due to the time of the year. I still expected it sometime on the 22nd. Never showed up and then the weather changed bad. Which was the next excuse. Finally was told that the order would be delayed until an indefinite timeframe and my best option would be to cancel order and reorder items which would not be able to be delivered until tuesday. We are sick here and needed cough drops and cold medicine... Sure we can wait til tuesday... Why the heck did wal-mart offer express delivery when they knew they had too many orders and not enough drivers? I wasn't ordering gifts or unneeded items... Very disappointing and an epic fail on wal-mart part. I was offered $10 promo code but do not trust in wal-mart to follow through on a service. This has been beyond frustrating and time consuming especially since as mentioned we are all sick. No communication from the store was given and website not updated.
Delivery
I placed an order for a shirt which was supposed to be a Christmas gift. The order was placed early in the morning on 12/22/22 so it qualified for same day shipping. It was not delivered on 12/22. I got a text with an updated delivery date of 12/23. It was not delivered then either. I spoke to a representative on 12/24 and was told a driver was never assigned to pick up my order from the store so they placed the order again for the driver to pick it up on 12/24 and deliver it that same day. That didn’t happen either. I called again this morning and it was told it will be delivered today 12/26. So much for Walmart getting people’s Christmas gifts on time. If it is not received today I will cancel the order. I could’ve ordered from somewhere else like Amazon and received it by now.

Ordered groceries online last night with my walmart+ account, they were suppose to be delivered between 11am-12pm today. Received a text saying they were going to be delayed by two hours. I am so fed up with Walmart, Saint Clair PA first I did the pickup for groceries got there at the right time checked in and sat there for 2 hrs, when I inquired they said well you never checked in. Even though I not only checked in on my phone I called the number and spoke with the kids there. Finally after two hours a nice young man Elliot helped me. Yesterday I tried the delivery yes we had snow road were clear there was about 2" of snow. I was supposed to have delivery at 2-3 around 3 I got an email that it was delayed 2 hours ok, I waited they said they would keep me updated NEVER heard back from them at 7:00 I canceled the order now I find out it will be 10 days until I get my money back! I am on a fixed income I can't afford to do that! Once I get my money I will never go back to WalMart.
Desired outcome: I want my money back so I can go elsewhere and shop.
My husband was an employee of this store, he was one of the dedicated ones at least at this store he worked there a total of 5 yrs. in the Produce department. Many many, days he was there alone to do the work of at least 2 people. For some reason the management doesn't hire people to fill spots of people that were either fired or quit. In November my husband a bout with kidney stones he has had these before so he knows how to treat them, however, he filed a Sedgwick so he didn't get "points" he was never told that the Sedgwick was not approved he just went to work as usual in December and was told he was fired because of points. I am disabled currently but have worked many years and never heard of these points you get 5 points and your fired taking 6 months to get one point off. This is the most ridiculous system I ever heard of. As I said because he was in pain to much to go to work he was fired and now we are trying to survive on my fixed income we are going to loose our house and car now.

Walmart grocery pickup
Had a grocery pickup today December 20 2-3pm. They sent a text message stating they were behind and would text me when I could come and pick it up. 247 pm sent a text saying it was ready to be picked up. Had no substitutions. Got there around 330pm. There was a long line of waiting vehicle. It’s only been like that once before that I was part of. I get my spot #7 let them know I am there. There were only a few orders brought out when finally and employee came out ask for my name he wrote it on his list. After that I heard someone honk their horn and was swearing. The man got out of his truck went over to a car 2 spots way cussing out the driver about taking the spot and that there was a line to get a spot. The guy was mad I don’t blame him. Little bit later he pulled in next to me. He was explaining the incident to the employee with the list. He got the guy on the list. Guy was mad he had been waiting 45 minutes. By that time I’d been awaiting over 2 hours. Short while later the guy gets his pickup order and is on his way. 4 or 5 people had come and gone. I was next on the list in the order that the employee had wrote names down. I should have been next. Instead 2 other orders are brought out. I called the number on the spot sign. A employee said they lost my order but they were refilling as I was on the phone with her. Nope nothing came out another hour went by. Finally after 4 hours my daughter in law called and talked with a manager. They explained how it was backed up and they were behind. But my order would be out very shortly. Well the employee comes out I asked if they could be put on the back seat because my hatch was froze shut. So him and another kid through the stuff in the backseat while he apologizing to me and telling me how far behind they were and that they had no one to help them. He said they were 2 days behind. How crappy is that!?! Talked to me apologizing for the very long delay as he threw my items in the vehicle without any bags what so ever.
Walmart+ activated and maybe a free month membership to compensate for the incapability of your employees

Replacement shipping cost
Wallmart lost part of a order. Original order was free shipping. I ordered a replacement from a different seller. Now they want me to pay for postage for the replacement. The shipping cost 6.99. The replacement is 29.99. One penny under free shipping I Called them & you cannot understand what they call ENGLISH. I bought these from American Company's. Not a third world hell hole. Your help lines should speak CLEAR & CONCISE ENGLISH.

On Saturday, December 17th at 11:00 a.m. my husband and I went to customer service to return an LED lamp used to dry gel nail polish. The lamp was defective and was purchased at the Walmart in Bay Minette. the Walmart in Bay Minette, as well as the Walmart in Daphne are both in Baldwin County Alabama.
Though I had the receipt, she said the item could not be exchanged, nor could she give me a gift card. When I asked Why, Maria rudely said well maybe you should you take it back to BayMinette that where you bought it from. This is the THIRD TIME THIS YEAR this young lady has been obnoxiously rude to me. I am certain she has done this to many customers and yet she continues to work in customer service.
Maria should not be allowed to interact with customers.
Desired outcome: This employee should be moved to a different department in Walmart; and yes I would appreciate a formal apology.
Recurring charges for walmart+
On October 12, 2022, I purchased a subscription for Walmart+, paying the yearly fee of $98 using my Discover card. Following that transaction, I was also charged a monthly fee of $13.73 using my debit card/bank account. I contacted Walmart and was assured that the charge would be reversed. It was not. I was charged again in November, contacted Walmart and was told that they had no record of that charge so they could not give a refund. At that time, I contacted my bank to have my debit card replaced. Even though I did use the new card on Walmart.com, I intentionally did not save the card information, but apparently Walmart did, because on December 17, I was charged the monthly charge again on my new debit card. I am now in the process of closing my bank account in order to prevent future fraudulent charges.
Desired outcome: I would like a refund of the fraudulent charges totaling $41.19.
Great Value Milk - 2% ((1 Gal.)

Hello, I purchased a gallon of Great Value 2% Milk at my nearby Neighborhood Walmart Market (Black Forest Dr, Fayetteville, AR.) on 14Dec22 and I noticed that it had an odd taste. It seemed to look fine, and it wasn't the "old milk" smell. I really can't describe the smell.
It was stamped as Best By Dec 25, and 12:30 and 05041.

Walmart plus
Even though I have a flip phone — no scan capabilities — as an associate for Walmart I was forced in October to sign up for Walmart Plus. Obviously I couldn't use it. Then I noticed $29.95 for Walmart Plus coming out of my paycheck bi-monthly. So how is this right for a company that hires working poor and then they promise discounts and savings but can't use it cause I don't have and can't afford a scanning phone. Then meanwhile they take away my income? Really somebody should be regulating the retail industry and recognizing they need to be unionized. My resolution was painless and easy I quit because I didn't need this nonsense anymore. Not everyone can do that. I even received a notice a week after I quit that my Walmart Plus could not deduct the fee from my non-existent pay check. Okay yes I am laughing... but this can't be legal.
Desired outcome: Someone needs to audit Walmart Inc and the Walmart Associates who were forced to sign-up for Walmart Plus with no intention of using it and refund their income.

I went to S.Euclid superstore at 11am to purchase Christmas gift. Item not in stock so I ordered/paid online.Was advised to pickup item at5:30.Received email at 5:20 pickup not available and can get free shipping.I gave 2 different addresses and each time email said unable to ship to address. I was not given an alternative method to receive paid item

TV protection plan
I bought a 65" LG TV and 3 yr protection plan from Walmart.com order #[protected] on Dec 02, 2020. Recently, the TV developed a problem, so I started a warrantee claim. Square Trade, the company you gave my plan to, refuses to honor your receipt that I retrieved online because they want the original email receipt that I got when I purchased the TV. Unfortunately, I no longer have that email account. Your customer service tried to email me a copy, but your security encryption wouldn't allow her to send links, so the email was blank. Please help? This TV is being used by a quadriplegic with MS who desperately needs it.
Clearance item marked wrong and rude cashier
I was in the Chesterfield, Michigan location on December 8th, 2022. I had a clearance item that was marked down from $25.99 to $19.99. I was doing self checkout with my 85 year old mother and the clearance item scanned at the normal price. The cashier came over and told me that “someone” put the wrong sticker on it and I would have to go back to the isle and get another one. I explained that I was not leaving my mother unattended to walk in the back. I told her to take it off the bill and I complained that I didn’t think it was right to make the customer do a price check and asked if there was a manager. The cashier, known as Fran proceeded to void the purchase while saying and I quote.. “I was thinking about being nice and walking back there myself but now that you are complaining and talking about getting my manager I’m not helping you out!” And she proceeded to void the purchase and refused to call a manager but told me to go to customer service and walked away. While finishing my over $200 purchase the register would not take my debit card. Fran came over and proceeded to run it through over and over again stating that this register doesn’t work very well and I shouldn’t have came through this line. I stated that the register was open and I was done talking to her and I wanted a manager to come fix this, because I was concerned my card was going through multiple times. A young woman came over said she was the manager and proceeded to cancel the order and take it to a different register. She didn’t apologize, she didn’t say much at all really so at this point I just wanted to get out of the store and never set foot back there again.
So a couple key things that I believe need to be addressed. First the fact that the policy is to send the customer back to retrieve another item if their item doesn’t scan properly is ridiculous. And secondly the fact that the cashier not only felt empowered to take the stand on if she would “be nice” and do the price check or not as well as feeling that she does not have to call a manager when requested by a customer instead can send me to a service desk is also absolutely ridiculous. I am highly upset to be talked to in such a manner and I think that cashier needs to understand what professionalism is as I have also worked retail in my life so I am far from rude to cashiers. I was hate to see how she handles a truly rude customer.

Indifferent & fully automated customer service
A Walmart.ca supervisor named "Aishwarya" promised emailing me a of my refund record from supposedly weeks ago & a manager contacting me by email all within 48 hours from Nov 12
Again, nothing happened after another month. I never stop feeling that all Walmart.ca personnel & their marketplace people have been indifferently & insistently telling me that they had deposited my refund on a certain date 3 weeks ago at such time with such reference number based on WHAT THEIR MACHINE INDICATED with no capability to think or reason on their own why someone kept spending hours after hours telling them that such refund is NOT RECEIVED BY THE CUSTOMER & THE BANK CONCERNED.
Not only had these Walmart.ca personnel been acting like non-human ways but they also kept giving me empty promises repeatedly.
Walmart accepted a fraudulent online order billed to my account
On 12/10/2022 Walmart took an online order number 594695 made at Walmart.com Bentonville AR for the amount of $2,498.32. I reported this to the Walmart Department on the same day. The Walmart rep gave a link to find out the next step but I could not access link to the fraudulent person interfering with my connection. I believe I was able to get my entire report through to the Walmart Fraud department and subsequently had my debit card canceled. Currently there is a pending charge on my checking account which I do not want to pay since I did not make the order.
Desired outcome: Do not charge my account for items that I did not order and take the pending charges off my checking account.
Tire installation
had ordered tires at Walmart.com they were delivered to my house. Had a appointment to have the tires installed at 9am. Had the tires in my trunk and back seat for them to install. Got back at 11:30 after checking out and leaving found the wrong tires on my car and all my tires were still in the car.
I went back in to let them know. I could of left with 2 sets of tires but did not. I was told they will have them changed out in an hour. Came back 3 hrs later and for my inconvenience the car was not ready and waiting another hour. So if you really want to waste a whole day this is your place.
Other wise stay clear.

12/9/2022 Approx 5:40pm cent. Walmart 2650 Creighton Rd. Pensacola, Fla. Went to Walmart to look for items. I live in a different city and the Walmart was set up differently. I saw an associate passing by pulling a cart and asked 3 times "Excuse me miss", Excuse me", Excuse me miss I have a question". She totally ignored me and kept going. I decided to stop her by grabbing the cart. When I did, I said "Excuse me but I have a question please". She pulled at the cart and said "Don't excuse me! Let go of the cart". I said "No, I have a question I need assistance with". She pulled the cart harder and said "Let go of the cart". I asked her why she wouldn't allow me to ask her a question and help me. She pulled at the cart again and said to let go. I asked her again to let me ask her the question. She said "I'm calling my team leader". I told her good that I could report her. She walked away for about 2 mins and went else where leaving her cart. I stayed so I could get her name to report her to a manager. She went to leave and I asked her what her name was. She refused to tell me and turned her smock to the side where I couldn't read her name. So I told her I would seek out a Manager to report her. She said "Good, you do that" and walked off pulling the cart behind her. I found a manager, explained the situation, the manager said it was unacceptable behavior on the associates end and she would try to find her, after I gave her description. She showed me where the item was I was looking for then walked off. I was with my husband and he saw and heard the entire situation. I was never rude to this associate, never cursed at her nor yelled at her. Simply wanted to ask a question where an item was located in the store. If she had handled it differently all would of been ok. She could of stopped instead of ignoring me, let me ask her my question. If she didn't know or said she could ask someone else to help. Instead she choose to be rude and obnoxious towards me. Hubby and I was headed up front to check out, I saw the young lady again and told the husband "there she is I am going to find out her name". She saw me walking in her direction and said "Get out of my face". I was about 15 feet from her at this point. So I asked her what was her name, she turned her name badge over so I couldn't read it, refused to tell me and said "Get out of my face" once again. I walked up to her and stood in front of her cart so she couldn't move and asked again, "I'd like your name so I can report you to a manager". She pushed me out of her way with the cart and I reached up to look at her badge and she elbowed me and said "Get out of my F**CKing way". I fell into part of a shelving as she walked off with the cart. A senior lady saw and heard her and her expression was of surprise. So we headed onto the check out and then I decided to speak with a manager again. After checking out, I went up to the Service desk to speak with another manager because I felt the other one wasn't going to do anything. I explained the situation to the store manager, she said she would go to Security and have them pull up the footage on it to find out who she was. She said from my description she thought she worked in grocery dept. If that was the case, what was she doing over by the furniture/children's toys headed towards car dept. I draw the line when someone assaults me and curses at me over a customer wanting to ask a question or wanting her name from her ill behavior to report her.
She was a very cute young black women, short, small framed, blue jeans, wearing the Walmart blue vest, with hair pulled up.
I'm a 65 year old small framed older women. It is not in my nature to harm, curse or cause issues.

July 4 I order groceries from Walmart the time frame delivery was 4pm to 5pm for delivery at 5:01 pm I received a delay .I waited until 6pm contact consumer service and ask them about my groceries they told me my delivery will be before 10 pm . I have no groceries in my house I'm disabled and hungry I'm getting tired I waited until 9:21 pm contact consumer service told them to cancel my order they told me 24 to 48 hours I should received a email if it didn't go through contact them back which that don't make since to me .
