Ordered groceries online last night with my walmart+ account, they were suppose to be delivered between 11am-12pm today. Received a text saying they were going to be delayed by two hours. Called my local store to see if I could change delivery to pick up due to the delay and places I had to be. Spoke to someone who told me they hadn't even pulled my order yet to call back in an hour. I did so, while on the phone the second time, I was told that the previous person I spoke to did not have the right knowledge on grocery pick up, that he failed to mention my order was sent to a 3rd party source called Spark. They would come do the shopping and delivery so there was nothing they could do on their end I needed to call Customer Care. After speaking to Customer Care, explaining this issue, asking for a refund on not only my groceries I still haven't received, and a refund on Walmart+ (bc lets face it, I'm one and DONE at this point) I couldn't understand a wording he was saying other than I would get a refund in 5-7 business days. I asked to speak to the supervisor. After waiting on the phone for 20+ minutes, the supervisor gets on the phone, asked me if he can help me and literally hangs up the phone. I waited a few before calling back in hopes they would call back as they have my account info and my phone number on file. WHAT GREAT CUSTOMER CARE!
