Offers to help people who are struggling. Earns your trust. And then takes whatever he can from you and leaves you in an even worse state than when he found you. He will take your money, steal your girl, lie about his intentions, snitch on you, offer you a fix to your situation but doesn't deliver it. Then turns against you and calls you ungrateful and discards you.

Recommendation: Avoid at all costs
