The worst Customer Service in years. On 5-16-2019 I went to pay bill for a relative. I was grilled by the girl at the register with questions like "Was the phone purchased at this store?", "How long have you had the phone?"
I replied "why are you asking me all of these questions? I am just here to pay the bill"
After a few seconds of silence I asked to speak to her supervisor. The girl became irritated and refused to take my payment. After I requested to speak to the supervisor, she asked me to leave the store. I proceeded to the MetroPCS corporate office located on Bethany Home and 35th Ave in Phoenix AZ.
On 05 -20-2019 I returned to the Corporate Office and found that they kept no reference number and were not tracking complaints. I requested information to contact a regional or District manager to no avail. I filed complaints with the FTC and the BBB. In my opinion - MetroPCS does not have a process or system to resolve legitimate Customer Service complaints in Phoenix AZ.
