Petsmart located at 1745 W Bethany Home Rd Phoenix Arizona.

My name is Angelina Langston and my complaint is regarding the poor experience and harassment I constantly receive when trying to book an appointment with my dog Zoie.
When I first started with PetSmart I gave them health records and a personal assessment of my dog I informed them she was a rescue dog and had ex steam anxiety. The first thing the manager does is look Zoie over she tried to go at Zoie in a manner that Zoie wasn't having it and became scared. She never tried to establish a relationship with Zoie just to make her feel comfortable for her first visit. She goes in the back and comes out with this BIG glove and comes at Zoie again in her face. By this time I was feeling some kind of way.
Ever since the first visit, the manager labeled Zoie a bad dog and from that point on Zoie was labeled. She had only one groomer that the manager assigned to Zoie and if that groomer was not in I was unable to schedule an appointment, The manager blocked me from scheduling appointments online and told me if that Groomer was unavailable to groom Zoie I needed to find a new Groomer. All I have ever wanted for my dog was a cut, shampoo, and nail trim who would have thought something so simple would turn out so awful.
My personal opinion is they are short-handed and the manager doesn't want to help rescue dogs that need the extra attention. I am furious and would like someone in upper management to investigate this issue and train the staff to be able to work with all styles of dogs. And improve their customer service to recognize wrongdoing and make it right.
