I have been going to CVS on Reems and Greenway in Surprise, Az for a very long time. Everyone there is friendly and helpful. Yesterday I was approached by a man and woman that were standing there with tables set up for their organization to collect money. I said I do not have any extra cash and they said OH WAIT WE WILL TAKE YOUR CREDIT CARD. I said no and kept on walking the man would not leave me along, and we got into a spitting contest. He was swearing at me in Spanish and making noises and making fun of me. I complained to the manager by phone and he said he told them to leave. People should NOT BE HARASSED by going to your stores. I feel like taking my scripts over to Walgreens now,, at least I would not be bothered by two [censored]s Just thought I would let you know

CVS - inadequate staffing afternoons and evenings
We are a family of five. We all have pharmacy needs (prescriptions). We have been customers in this store since 2003 or 2004.
Due to the seemingly large volume of pharmacy customers with ever-increasing needs over these many years, CVS has perhaps unwittingly portrayed their image as a company striving for a singular goal, that being corporate PROFIT. Unfortunately, they have marginalized their in-store employees into a skeleton crew with more often than not needing the PHARMACIST to engage the drive-up window in what only can be seen as corporate GREED.
Too many evenings, weekends and holidays have no regularly resulted in one pharmacist and one other employee (not a manager or asst. manager) dealing with peak periods of sales activity while routinely apologizing profusely for the lack of sales support on duty!
This location is staffed by pharmacists John J. Wells along with a recent second, Ryan M. Schoepfel. Although I do not profess to speak for any of these employees, I can only surmise that, while the second pharmacist is a welcome addition to the store, there is seemingly no end in sight for the continual staff shortages still left unmeasured. In an effort to validate my own assertions, allow me to reveal my year-to-date total for total drug costs in the month of September 2019 paid by my insurance plan is $9, 954.66. My wife and our three special needs adoptive children have similar, albeit of lesser amounts, for their prescription medication needs.
I have done a goodly amount of research on this matter and find the overwhelming majority of the comments and posts to be championing the rights and plights of your very large work force. Increasingly, many of the pharmacists themselves point to skeleton crews in the store while decreasing available free time for pharmacy professionals overly beleaguered with additional responsibilities added to their already compacted schedule. Please look into this matter and you will find that everything and more of which I speak to be wholly the truth. We would like to continue as cherished customers of CVS store #5466. You can be the catalyst that will make that a reality. Thank you for your attention in this matter.
Best Wishes,
