KFC

I ordered 2 bowls and a pot pie at approx. 6:35 pm on 2/9/2023. When I arrived for quick pickup I was told my order was canceled because they were out of pot pies. I asked about my 2 bowls and was told they only had 1 bowl. Here is one of the messages I received from the virtual assistant. It still says it's completed but I was told it was canceled. This seems very fishy to me.

My wife and i, and a neighbor stopped to have lunch at one of your locations, we all had a 3 pc. Chicken basket, and a fountain drink. I can only try to draw a mental picture for you but it demand, s a personal visit to this location. For example, next to the fountain machine and the wall there is a quarter of a inch build up of syrup and dust that looks years old, the tables and seats where all heavily covered with oil and didn't looked like they have been wiped down in weeks, are food quality was poor, the overall experience was terrible and i'm very disappointed. I'm 65 years old and have never been in one of your locations that was this dirty. Tom
