Yesterday, my husband drove to popeyes to pick up an on-line order. He ordered a "dinner for two"... Which included 5 pieces of chicken, two sides and two biscuits according to the website. When he went to pick up the order #47, there were only two biscuits in the bag. He explained to the employee what he had ordered. She said they didn't have a dinner for two on their in-store menu board. He said well you do on line and that's what I ordered. They gave him a hard time so he left with only two biscuits and a charge of $2.00 I told him he should have just cancelled the order and not taken the biscuits. He ordered on line because there was a small discount and he thought it would be quicker. So not only did he waste time and gas going to pick up the order, but we then had no dinner. It seems to me they should have been more accommodating. Also there was a sign that said no dining in, and many people were there dining in. We would like to be compensated.
