I was served rotten coleslaw with my meal. I called your 1800 number and was promised a credit that never came. The person told me to wait 4 days; it's been 2 weeks. Do you want to lose a customer?

I placed an pnlone order at 7:30 pm 3/7/2020, I came in to pick up an online order, when I had walked in the employees looked very scattered and disorganized. It had taken 5 minutes for someone to approach me at register, I was not even told "I woll be with you in one moment" but I did recieve glares from employees while waiting to be helped. I had to call attention to one of the employees to ask if my order had been ready I told them I had selected drive thru but I would pick it up inside. The employee didnt know of my order and went to work on something else. So I stood around confused on what to do so I tried to talk to another employee, they went to get their manager. The manager had told me I needed to wait for more chicken to be made which was not a problem, I said ill just go back in drive thru and ill pick up there I think it should be ready by the time I got to the window, the drive thru line was a little long. I spent 20 minutes in drive thru.
When I approach the drive thru speaker the man told me I couldnt pick my order from drive thru I had to come to the lobby, I asked if my order was at least ready and he told me he would tell the others to start making my order. When I finally was able to get thru the long line and get back inside. The manager had rolled his eyes at me and asked how can he help me and I told him I was back for my order. And he told me that I had to wait even longer for more chicken, and I told him but you told me that 20 minutes ago, my order wasnt made when you had more chicken up? And he told me if I wasnt in the store they need to move the order along, so I asked if you called my order, where is it? And they had given my order to someone else. So I upsettingly told them ive been waiting for so long. And I didnt want to cause a scene so I just decided to sit in the lobby. When I had sat down, a black female employee was sitting at a booth on her break, and said to me with alot of attitude, "maybe if you were in here you wouldve gotten your food" and I had looked back and said miss I am not talking to you please do not talk to me and she had replied "but youre talking hella loud" and I replied back with "excuse me, I am not bothering you and I woild reallh prefer you to not bother me" and I had put my hoodie over my head and she had walked around the corner and said "girl you dont want me to bother you!" And I personally take that as a threat. And the manager just stood behind the counter and watched his employee disrespect and threaten a guest. She approached the counter chattting with other employees asking when she will return to her break. While I was waiting I could over hear the staff gossiping about the dispute between me and the employee and the staff was laughing at me and giving me rude looks. I had asked my boyfriend to please come into the store with me because I was starting to feel unsafe and uncomfortable in the establishment. When he came in it took about 5 more miutes for us to recieve the food, when the manager had called out my
name he rolled his eyes again as my boyfriend apporached to grab out food and the manager had walked off before my boyfriend could ask for any further service.
I want to say I never file "complaints" on companies but I have never received such disrespect and felt unsafe in a establishment before. I had never stepped foot in this location, and I will never again.
If this is happening to me being as a first time customer, I am convinced there are more out there and this is injustice and needs to be handled professionally and immediately.
