Walked in to order out, had three different orders taken conservatively. I received the first order 55 minutes later. The second one took twenty minutes. The third one was thirty minutes after. By the time I received the complete order the first two orders were cold. Upon arrival of our home we had an incomplete order, a wrong order. I spoke with the team leader at the time we visited 5:30 pm
He had nothing to say about the service other than they did not have enough help.
Crazy part about the entire situation with the service, the drive through operations went well. I really don't think you are aware of what is happening and I know you would be disappointed with the service if you were the customer.
$60 of just flat out wrong without anything being compensated for the disaster service.
I requested to get a phone number from the team-leader " I don't have one "
UNBELIEVABLE!

Popeyes - order
I was asked to wait forever at drive through to get meal. The person that waited on me understood my order but someone in back was yelling and telling at him something different. I was asked to drive ahead and wait at the stop sign for what seemed like forever. I ordered 2-3 piece wing combos and 2 piece breast and wing.
When I got all the way home I had
2-3 piece with thigh leg and wing; and 1 -2 piece with thigh and leg.
We were so disappointed having spent all that. Money and could not enjoy our food. It's not right to have your order changed without you knowing and not get what you pay for
