Came into restaurant ordered a 16pc family meal. Half and half with fries and mac & cheese. Cashier told me it would be a few minutes for chicken. My receipt states 6:19pm. By 6:45 i still had no food. Went to counter to ask what was taking so long. Cashier stated they are waiting on chicken. I stated it shouldn't take 20 minutes for chicken. Waited a few minutes and went back to counter - asked again how much longer. At that point i was told 8 minutes for mild. I asked what about spicy - they stated 11 minutes. I said are you serious? and asked did you just drop the chicken now and they wouldn't answer me. Meanwhile more than 5 people that came in after me had already received their order. There was one more customer before me that was still waiting as well. I then asked for a refund. There was two managers on duty - one was to busy talking to an off- duty employee about her day in front of customers and the other was so timid she didn't want to make eye contact. This new crew of employees at this location are by far the worse with customer service. I am a local from this area - this isn't the first time i've had to wait, but the first time i had to ask for my money back. There were plenty enough employees working - but they all seemed to be chatting amongst themselves and not thorughly working. Very disappointing!
Desired outcome: STAFF SHOULD BE HELD ACCOUNTABLE FOR THEIR ACTIONS AS WELL AS THEIR ROLE THEY WERE HIRED FOR. ESPECIALLY DURING THE DINNER HOUR! THEY CLEARLY DIDN'T SPEAK UP AND TELL ANYONE TO DROP CHICKEN AT ANY POINT.
