Beware of this Fedex facility, they lost my package or maybe stolen by their employee, I had called the FedEx rep to trace my package and was told someone would call me back for result but unfortunately no one called me back, because they don't want to be responsible for their mistake. Fedex had really bad reputation since the past years, stay away from FedEx or your package maybe stolen, go with UPS parcel service, because Fedex employees stole customer's packages caught on camera and had been on the internet news. I also called the phone number of Chino Fedex smart post facility but no one will ever answer it, should name it ( FedEx Stupid Post) ! Not a reliable carrier. Fedex should have increased their security level of measures for ongoing delivery services.
The complaint has been investigated and resolved to the customer’s satisfaction.
