I order a tool from Home Depot, and they sent it by way of FedEx. I didn't receive the tool on the day it was supposed to be at my home. Shipping issues with FedEx. Then I received an email stating the package was out for delivery the next day. I stayed home all day in anticipation of delivery. At 9:10pm, I called FedEx, told the representative I didn't receive the package and stated the non-delivery was costing me money, she hung up. I had another package coming from another supplier and that didn't show up either, another FedEx delivery.
Recommendation: Purchase from a supplier that doesn't use FedEx services
Tell Home Depot to fix the problem because they are responsible for getting their customers what they requested. For FedEx, go up to their complaints department not their normal customer service. If they both fail to deliver literally which is very likely, go back and argue with your payment source for the items that were not sent. Do not allow the incompetence of FedEx to become your problem.
