My husband ordered me flowers from 1800Flowers 10 days before the delivery date of April 5. It was shipped via FedEx. FedEx shipped from Reno NV, on Friday the 4th. The package ended up in Memphis TN on Saturday April 5, the date of expected delivery. On Monda the 7th there was an "attempted" delivery at my place of business at 1042. There was NO FedEx truck in the parking lot. I work for a car dealership with a perfect view of the lot, and can see both incoming and outgoing traffic. I called FedEx asking why they would lie? Even if I for some reason missed the truck there are more than 50 employees in the building. The status update said the business was "closed"... The operator told me they would attempt to "redeliver" by 1230P. I called back at 100P to ask where my package was, same operator who told me she didn't know, that it would be "some time today". NO delivery. I came in this morning to track the package and now it days that my package was damaged, and they are "investigating" and that they would call me with a resolution. I called to get further clarification on this issue and no one can tell me what happened to my flowers. Don't get me wrong they have been without water since being packaged so coming up on 5 days they are more than likely dead at this point.
Claimed loss: 130.00
Desired outcome: 1) Don't lie about delivery attempts. It makes you look really bad. I can have footage of the "lack" of delivery video evidence pulled.2) Full refund because the delivery of perishables is more than 4 days late3) an apology
