Yesterday I took my wife to Popeye's. We had ordered a 3 piece chicken meal with the "bone in" as the cashier described it and a 4 piece chicken tenders meal. We also ordered sprite with no ice with both meals. When we finally got to the window to pick up the meals and drinks, the young lady handed me the drinks and they both had ice. I said to her "I'm sorry but these have ice and we ordered no ice", the young lay closed her eyes, visibly upset and dumped both drinks and refilled them with no ice. When the food came, the young lady handed me the food without looking at me. I asked for a receipt, and she just about lost it at that point.
When my wife and I got home, we discovered the food orders were wrong. We received 2 3piece meals with bone in on both. Today, I called the store and asked to speak to a supervisor. A person named maria got on the phone but did not understand what I was asking her. She also claimed to be the manager there. I am not sure what is happening at this location of popeyes but the corporate office might want to check in with them as they seem to be having issues.
Desired outcome: nothing
