Today we shopped at Nordy rack store #428 - Serramonte Center, 7/8 @ almost 8pm pst. My fiancé got a pair of men's dress shoes and socks. When we got to the register we were told the price on the shoes is wrong, both L&R price stickers on bottom of shoes say the same price so we were puzzled. We told cashier it's only 1 sticker and nothing on top of it like some shoes and both are evenly placed when she tried to take it out and the outline is very visible that the sticker has been there for a long time and hasn't been moved. We asked her why can't they honor the price placed on both sides of shoes. She called a manager, when the manager came to the counter she helped the wrong customer that was waiting after us. When the cashier finally told her it was us who she needs to assist, the manager said she would have to check what the correct price is. We asked the manager how long it will take she said she doesn't know as she has to look up the item online. We waited there for nothing, they claim they slapped on the wrong price but can't even tell us the correct price, smh! No wonder people would rather shop online, better than dealing with incompetent staff who lack customer service skills. We shop regularly @ Nordstrom rack & regular Nordys in the Bay Area and we both are CC holders, it's very disappointing how they treat regular customers like us. I'd avoid shopping in-store and only go there for pick-up.
