Nordstrom Rack review: Very disappointment

I’m upset because you policy it’s a ridiculous… I make a mistake and I return to your store purchase I bought from saks off … I mixed up the labels and I put tha stuff I bought from saks to the box and I send it to you… you never email me or send back the box or clothes was in.. Was worth 229$…
And the shoes I supposed to send to you then to saks..
And saks they send it back to me after they open the box and see it wasn’t there’s merchandise … and I wonder why can you did the same thing…? All my information was in the label box… why have to lose my stuff and lose my money… never gonna buy anything for you again…
