On 04/02/2024 ordered a pair of women's shoes online in which there were only two remaining in the size. Received an email from Nordstrom Rack that the item is on its way 04/03/2024.I was checking delivery status on 04/04/2024 & 04/05/2024 using the tracking information that included the tracking number and on both dates it showed the package had been shipped but not "Out for Delivery"! Since I'm at home all day I was also checking outside my front door and still no package. On April 5th I received an email at 6;18pm indicating package was delivered. Keep in mind never was the status "Out for Delivery", so I went and open the front door there was no package. I called Nordstrom Rack customer service as well as sent an inquiry to the delivery company TForce. I requested a refund from Nordstrom Rack and received a responding email from TForce indicating package left at front door at 2:18pm with a photo of a women holding the package in her hands inside a warehouse but there was no package at my front door. I needed the shoes by 04/13/2024 for an event so I had to now order a size smaller because there was no remaining shoes for the size I needed. A refund was issued on April 6th so I ordered again the same shoe except now a size smaller on April 8th. On April 9th Nordstrom Rack sent an email indicating the item was on it's way providing a tracking number once again. So again I am checking the status of the delivery as well as opening my front door throughout the day checking to see if the package was delivered. On April 10th at 3:25pm I received an email from Nordstrom Rack indicating the package was delivered 2:18pm again there was no package. I contacted Nordstrom Rack customer service as well as TForce delivery company. TForce contractor who happens to reside in India sends an email with an attached photo to establish proof of delivery showing a photo of packages inside a warehouse. When contacting a supervisor at Nordstrom Rack they provided another refund and the supervisor took matters into his own hands and sent it Fed Ex and the package was delivered by Fed Ex on April 12th at 1:09pm at my front door with proof of delivery of the photo showing the packager at my front door. I've contacted Nordstrom Rack Supervisor's regarding this issue and they informed me that TForce is the delivery company that they use in my area. I have requested a feedback because I'm concern that whenever I order again I'll have this same issue.
Claimed loss: Stress, how much monetary is that it is valued a lot.
Desired outcome: I would like to know if this delivery company will be used to deliver again any of my future orders and I rather have the size I originally ordered instead of having a size smaller.
