Simons.ca: The Ultimate Online Shopping Destination with Exceptional Customer Service
Simons.ca is the place to be if you're looking for a great online shopping experience. It's easy to use, fast, and reliable. Plus, if you're not happy with your purchase for any reason, they'll give you your money back, no questions asked. That's what I call customer service!
I recently made a purchase on simons.ca and I was blown away by how easy it was. The website is user-friendly and the checkout process was a breeze. I received my order in a timely manner and everything was exactly as described on the website.
What I love about simons.ca is that they have a wide variety of products to choose from. Whether you're looking for clothing, accessories, or home decor, they have it all. And the prices are very reasonable, so you don't have to break the bank to get what you want.
Another thing that sets simons.ca apart from other online retailers is their commitment to customer satisfaction. If you're not happy with your purchase, they'll make it right. I had to return an item once and the process was so easy. I simply filled out the return form, sent the item back, and received my refund in a timely manner.
Overall, I highly recommend simons.ca for all your online shopping needs. It's reliable, affordable, and they truly care about their customers. Five stars all the way!
Excellent Customer Service at Simons.ca: A Review
I had some problems with my order on Simons.ca. Unfortunately, some of the items I had ordered were cancelled without any explanation. I was quite frustrated and didn't know what to do. However, I decided to reach out to their customer service team for help.
I was lucky enough to speak with Veronique, who was incredibly helpful. She listened to my concerns and did her best to resolve the issue. Despite her efforts, more items were cancelled, and I felt like I needed to speak with a manager to get things sorted out.
I was promised that a manager would call me back, and I was pleasantly surprised when Nicollette reached out to me. She was amazing! She went above and beyond to make things right and ensure that I was satisfied with my shopping experience. She was very honest and apologetic about the issues I had faced, which made me feel heard and valued as a customer.
Overall, I would recommend calling Simons.ca and insisting on speaking with a manager if you encounter any issues. While it can be frustrating to deal with cancelled items, their customer service team is dedicated to resolving any problems that arise. Thanks to Veronique and Nicollette, I will definitely be shopping with Simons.ca again in the future!
Unfair Policy at Simons: Men Not Allowed in Changing Area
I went to Simons with my mum who doesn't speak English. She wanted to try on some clothes, but the salesperson asked me to leave the changing area. I felt really bad about it. The salesperson told me that it was company policy that men were not allowed in the changing area. I didn't like that at all. I told the lady that I wouldn't let my mum or my wife buy anything from their store. This was the last time I went to Simons. It seems like they think they're in a Muslim country or something.
I don't understand why Simons has this policy. It doesn't make any sense to me. I think it's really unfair to women who need help from their male family members. What if my mum needed help with something? I wouldn't be able to help her.
Overall, I was really disappointed with my experience at Simons. I don't think I'll be going back anytime soon. It's a shame because they have some nice clothes, but their policy is just too ridiculous.
Simons Needs to Improve Staff Diversity and Inclusivity for All Customers
Simons is a store that I recently visited and I have to say, I was a bit disappointed. The only people I saw working there who were older were the cleaners and the people doing alterations. The rest of the staff seemed to be in their 20s and had a bit of an attitude. It was a bit frustrating because I'm in my 40s and was looking for clothing that would fit someone of my age and size. Unfortunately, it seemed like Simons was catering more towards younger people.
I think Simons should consider hiring more people who are of an average size and age. It's not fair to discriminate against people who are older or who don't fit into a certain size category. I wonder if they have a human resources department that could address this issue. It's important to create a welcoming environment for all customers, regardless of their age or size.
Overall, I think Simons has some work to do in terms of creating a more inclusive shopping experience. While the store has some great clothing options, it's important to make sure that everyone feels welcome and comfortable while shopping there. I hope that Simons takes this feedback into consideration and makes some changes in the future.
Simons: High-Quality, Affordable, and Eco-Friendly Fashion
Simons is a fantastic store that I've been shopping at for years. They have a wide variety of products to choose from, and everything is just so beautiful! I especially love their vision line, which features products made from organic cotton and other natural fabrics. The quality of the fabrics is just amazing, and I always feel good about buying clothes that are good for the environment.
One thing that I really appreciate about Simons is that their prices are very reasonable. I never feel like I'm breaking the bank when I shop there, which is great. However, I do wish that they had more options for larger sizes. Most of their products only go up to XL, which can be frustrating for those of us who need a little more room. But recently, I was able to find some beautiful things in size 2X/XXL, which was a wonderful surprise. I hope that they continue to add more larger sizes to their collection so that I can do all of my shopping at Simons!
Overall, I would highly recommend Simons to anyone who is looking for high-quality, beautiful clothing at a reasonable price. Their commitment to using natural fabrics is admirable, and I always feel good about supporting a company that cares about the environment. If you haven't checked out Simons yet, you're missing out!
Simons: Quality Products at Reasonable Prices - My Review
I just gotta say, I recently bought a hot-water bottle from a local pharmacy and it was a total bust. It leaked and broke after only 2 months! So, I decided to give Simons a try and boy was I pleasantly surprised. Not only was the quality of the hot-water bottle better, but it also came with a cover! I ordered it online and it arrived in the mail in no time. I was so happy with it that I decided to buy a second one.
Now, I always thought Simons was an expensive store, but I decided to check out their Square One location and I was blown away by the deals they had. I ended up buying some accessories and they were even better quality than what I found at Claire's, and cheaper too!
Overall, I'm extremely happy with my purchases from Simons. I used to think it was too pricey for me, but now I see that it's totally worth shopping here. I highly recommend it to anyone looking for quality products at reasonable prices.
Mixed Feelings About Simons: Quality Products and Wide Range of Prices, but Customer Service Needs Improvement
Simons is a store that I have mixed feelings about. On one hand, the products they offer are of good quality and they have a wide range of prices to fit any budget. You can find dresses for as low as $20 or as high as $1000. The store itself is massive and can be overwhelming for first-time shoppers. However, the return policy is great and the website is easy to navigate.
On the other hand, I have had some negative experiences with the customer service. I used to work at a Simons store and I found that many of the employees ignored the customers and didn't provide much assistance. It was frustrating to see customers struggling to find what they were looking for and not receiving any help. Additionally, some of the employees would speak in their own language (not English) and have conversations with each other in front of customers. While I have nothing against people speaking their own language, I found it to be rude and unprofessional.
Despite these issues, I still shop at Simons because of the quality of their products and the convenience of their return policy. However, I do wish that the customer service was better and that all employees would speak English when interacting with customers. Overall, Simons is a good store with some room for improvement.
Disappointing Experience with Simons: Inaccurate Information and Poor Customer Service
Last year, I had an amazing experience with Simons. I ordered some items and the service was fantastic. However, this year was a completely different story. I purchased a couple of throw blankets and a late birthday gift for my girlfriend. I also ordered a sweater for her since it was on sale for a great price. Unfortunately, after my order was processed and reviewed, they took off the sweater from the email notice that I received. I was extremely disappointed and frustrated. They should have just removed the out of stock item from their site altogether.
To make matters worse, I reminded them that I needed a gift box for the order. They replied and assured me that I would be getting it for sure. But when I received my order, there was no gift box or gift wrap, even though the slip with my purchases stated that it would have one. This was a huge letdown, especially since the first year I ordered from them, the customer service was excellent and the gift boxes were sent and listed on the slip.
Overall, I'm having second thoughts about ordering from Simons again. It's a shame because I had such a great experience with them last year. I hope they can improve their customer service and ensure that they have accurate information on their website.
Disappointing Online Shopping Experience with Simons: Delayed Deliveries and Poor Customer Service
I gotta say, I'm not too impressed with my recent experience shopping at Simons. I made the mistake of trying to do my Christmas shopping online, and boy was that a mistake. I should have just gone to Hudson Bay or Winners or even Amazon. Sure, I would have paid a little bit more, but at least I would have known that all my gifts would have been wrapped and ready to go weeks before the big day. Instead, I ordered three items online from Simons on December 2nd and 3rd, and they were supposed to be delivered on December 6th and 10th. But guess what? It's now December 20th and I still haven't received anything!
I called Canada Post to see what was going on, and they told me to contact Simons. So I did, and Simons told me to contact Canada Post. It's like everyone is just picking their nose and no one knows what's going on. My suggestion to Simons would be to stop using Canada Post altogether and start using independent companies like FedEx or others. This whole situation reflects poorly on the department responsible for choosing the delivery provider, and it's costing Simons a lot of business. I mean, they're able to sell things for cheaper because of their markdowns, but if they can't even get their deliveries right, what's the point?
I've already replaced all the stuff I bought online from Simons, so as soon as I get the delivery (if I ever do), everything will be going back to the store. Last night, I wanted to buy one more thing online, but I decided to go with Hudson Bay instead. And from now on, if I buy anything online, I'm definitely going to do my homework and find out who the delivery provider is before I make my purchase.
Simons' Delivery Policies During the Pandemic: A Disappointing Experience
I'm an online shopper through and through, especially now with the pandemic (omnicron) still raging on. I don't want to risk getting sick and ending up in the ICU, so I try to spend as little time as possible in public spaces. That's why I recently placed an order with Simons, an online retailer that I've used before.
However, I ran into a bit of a snag with my order. I wasn't able to manually update my delivery preferences to indicate that I was okay with the package being "safe dropped" outside my door. I live in a safe neighborhood with houses, and there's never been any thefts of parcels around here. But despite both me and my husband working from home, the mail delivery company didn't even attempt to deliver the package. Instead, they just threw a notice-for-pickup on our door and left.
I was surprised by this, especially since I've never had this issue with other online retailers. So I reached out to Simons to see if they could help. Unfortunately, they have a strange agreement with Canada Post that doesn't allow customers to send someone else to pick up their parcel from the post office. When I suggested that they allow customers to choose to have their package "safe dropped" if they want, given the pandemic, they agreed that it would be safer for customers. However, they also said that it was more important to them that customers in apartment complexes would be able to receive their parcels safely.
To be honest, I was disappointed by their response. It felt like they were prioritizing their own liability over their customers' safety during a pandemic. I understand that they don't want to take responsibility for lost goods, but other online retailers have found ways to be more flexible and cater to their customers' needs. As a result, I don't think I'll be shopping with Simons again until they can do the same.
Simons Complaints 5
Decent Prices and Sweet Deals, but Meat Quality Can Be Hit or Miss at Simons
I gotta say, Simons is a pretty decent place to shop. I mean, the prices are pretty good and you can usually find some pretty sweet deals. But, I gotta be honest, sometimes the meats aren't exactly fresh. It's not like they're completely rotten or anything, but sometimes they're just not as fresh as they could be. It's a bit of a bummer, but it's not a deal breaker for me. I still shop there pretty regularly and I've never had any major issues. Overall, I'd say Simons is a solid choice if you're looking for affordable prices and decent quality. Just maybe skip the meat section if you're looking for something super fresh.
Disorganized and Disappointing: My Terrible Experience with Simons
Simons is a store that I would never shop at again. They are a terrible company that doesn't care about their customers. They are a disgrace to Canada and everything that we stand for. I had a terrible experience with them and I will never shop there again.
The first thing that I noticed about Simons was how disorganized everything was. The store was a mess and it was hard to find anything. The staff didn't seem to care about helping me find what I was looking for. They were too busy talking to each other and ignoring the customers.
When I finally found what I was looking for, I was disappointed with the quality of the product. It was cheaply made and fell apart after only a few uses. When I tried to return it, the staff was rude and unhelpful. They didn't want to give me a refund and made me feel like I was inconveniencing them.
Overall, I would not recommend shopping at Simons. They are a terrible company that doesn't care about their customers. The store is disorganized and the products are cheaply made. If you want to have a good shopping experience, go somewhere else.
Terrible Service: Simons Failed to Deliver Christmas Gift, Out of Stock Excuse
Simons is a terrible website. I ordered a large for my father-in-law's Christmas gift, but they didn't send it. Now they say they're out of stock, so he won't be getting his gift. I'm so disappointed and frustrated with their service. I will never order from them again. Honestly, if I could give them a 0 rating, I would. It's just not worth the hassle and disappointment.

Simon's Review: Good Quality Items, Slow Shipping Process
So, I finally got my package from Simon's after waiting for what felt like forever. I mean, I get it, things take time, but come on, four weeks to ship? That's a bit much. And the only update I got was an email saying it had shipped. No tracking number or anything.
But, I will say that the items I ordered were pretty good quality. I got a couple of shirts and a pair of pants, and they all fit well and looked nice. So, I guess the wait was worth it in the end.
Overall, I'm not sure if I would order from Simon's again. The quality of the items was good, but the shipping process was just too slow and lacking in updates. Maybe if they improve that, I'll give them another shot.
Mixed Experience with Simons: Great Selection, Frustrating Customer Service
I finally got through to someone on the phone and they were able to help me track down my package. It turns out it was stuck in a sorting facility and they were able to get it moving again. I appreciate the effort they put in to help me out, but it was frustrating to not get a response to my initial attempts at contact. Overall, I like shopping at Simons for their unique selection of clothing and home goods, but I hope they can improve their customer service in the future.
