This woman either has dementia or really does not want to work. She told us how poorly the CVS is run and told us to stop coming to that store. She said:"I tell people everyday to stop coming here, and they don't listen".
Then she went on to say to my 30 year old son: "I spoke with you last week..". The implication that he been asked to leave the store?!? My son was out of town for the last month, so we both knew she had obviously confused him with someone else, but she would not believe us! Took his picture! I spent $53 to have my son falsely accused of I am still not sure what, and get lectured in how I need to stop shopping there!
Desired outcome: This woman should dismissed.
