Today I went to the location in Fresno Ca 4416 W. Shaw. Worst customer service. I don't see why you don't even care about your company. Long time waiting in line. Most people complaining about no ice. Workers doing little to help customers solve their problems. Instead of having team work they are not doing nothing to help out customers. Saw manager hiding around corner instead of stepping up to get the store running properly. Ice issue was never handled by anyone. Four employees were working behind counter that I could see. What the hell do you pay your managers for if they aren't taking charge. Hot inside store. I guess you don't even care about your reputation. I walked out without ordering anything. I don't know how you stay in business. This was on August 6, 2022
Desired outcome: Bring in trainers or some district management to change your way your business is failing. Have managers step up and take charge and get the team on the right track.
Popeyes - Poor customer service
Ordered food about 8pm and it was about 50.00 worth of food, checked my order as I was about to drive away noticed the mash potatoes were missing. So I enter the restaurant where I address my missing items. The employees implied that they had not made a mistake and that I must have taken them out. The employee argued back and forth as I finally asked to speak to a manager, where after all that, my food was cold. They replaced the food. But I must say poor customer service and i've worked fast food its not that hard to have pride in your work.
Desired outcome: Knowledge on treating paying customers
