I booked 4 days to be a the LAX Ramada. Check-in was for 3pm, I arrived early hoping for a early checkin at 1, after confirming my reservation and the availability of the king bed, then I was told it would cost an extra $35. WHY, the room is available. I have stayed at this location several times and never been charged extra, but here on Thanksgiving day 2022, Paola no friendly customer service and no holiday spirit. So I was told by Ramada reservation that early check in fee is optional. I could see if the room wasn't ready and they had to have staff rush to make it presentable but that was not the case here. It's available now. But she said she would check me in at 2:40. What! So I have to wait in my car, in the sun, ice cream melting just because someone doesn't about having a happy customer.
Desired outcome: Just check me in early, it should not have been a big deal

I'm staying with my family tonight and have been very disappointed with the conditions of the rooms we were given.
Today, I arrived to room 118 to a clogged toilet and no toilet paper in the bathroom. I attempted to call the front desk, but there is no phone in either rooms. Inline image
Room 118 has a stench of urine on the carpet. Bathroom is very grimy and dirty. See attached pictures that demonstrate the conditions of the bathroom floors.
In room 116, the stench of sewage is overbearing and room floors and walls are very dirty.
At this moment I'm am looking for a full refund for these rooms. I've have stayed at other Ramada hotels, but have not found them in these poorly managed conditions.
Please respond to my complaint, as soon as possible. I will be checking out tomorrow morning.
