Went to Car Pros KIA Huntington Beach, struct a deal. On buying a vehicle, finance guy say we can only lease you because of your credit after a year or two you have option to buy, agreed upon trade in, agreed upon purchase price for the vehicle that I already paid off$26,861 having surgery next day, we decided wait, on the vehicle, just got home after surgery, finance manager is at my front door, has contracts with no numbers, we have an agreement on trade in and vehicle price set, yes, promise to send contracts, never sent contract call Car Pros call KIA finance monthly payment never recorded and when I called them, they wouldn't talk to me until, car payment was made? (is that insane I'm current, KIA say Car Pros have contract then Car Pros say no KIA has it! total runaround took 3 years to get contract yep, they added this & that, trade in zero total nightmare, with contract in hand walk into Car Pros handed it the manager misleading deceptive this is all wrong I paid down $26,861 on that vehicle and you are charging $35,075.01he knew calling them 4 three years, manager say will make this rite buy a new car and I will take this car off your hands, same damn thing agreed upon trade in
agreed upon vehicle price sitting in finance office signing contract no numbers, got there 3pm now closing time finance guy hands me the contract in seal envelope bought a KIA seltos, really nice vehicle next day forgot to look at the contract second day slipped my mind 3rd day open read the contract once again Car Pros has a policy of misleading and a deceptive business practice yep add $9200.00 to vehicle price manager said he would eat the up side down residual price on trade in vehicle, purchase price new vehicle went from $30,000 to $46,000, I returned the new one and picked up my old one the trade in vehicle, gave car pros two keyless remotes back one, got home girlfriend says some hanging undercarriage front clip missing is 9 out of ten bolts, one bolt two more threads it would have came off would have ran it over who knows how much damage that would have caused, that's dirty deal from Car Pros, kept a $350 dollars fob and Bobbie trap my car for disaster, got all the proof why did it take 3 years to get my contract there policy swindle the customer out of his hard working money. AND WHEN THEY RETURN A VEHICLE! KEEP THE PURCHASE AGREEMENT CONTRACT
