I bought a box of signature care sensitive baby wipes, the blue pack with about 12 packages inside. Lot number 17336 line#72s I have a 3 month old baby boy and I found tons of cotton strands in his creases. His penis looked red and irritated and upon investigation it was cotton left by the wipes in his folds. I also found cotton strands in his leg folds and under his testicals.
