Firestone Complete Auto Care

From April 5 th to April 22 of 2022 I received service from Firestone for initially a check engine light and shudder on my 2011 Ford Fiesta

All I wanted was the check engine light off

I am a single mom and this was my only transportation

Every time I picked the vehicle back up from Tim there were more issues and the check engine light would still be on even after they have told me it’s off everything’s fine for pick up. and I’d have to call back and take it in.

I got invoice after invoice of things that were complete but still my cars runs bad and check engine lights on plus makes sound like breaks are bad but wait I didn’t get them done!

I also supposedly paid 199.99 an got a breaks package for my breaks but I called Tim about them squealing/squeaking he said sometimes new parts do that Omg u can look at my brakes they look worn down why is he lying to customers

I feel very mislead and that in-fact no work was done for my car except my credit card charged over and over I have a $1000 Firestone credit card, I was never given any credit card deals at check out just asked to paid the full price they don’t ask or tell.
