Jack In The Box - F'd up customer service

I've been going to this store for years. Mostly, I go in the morning or early afternoon. I never have a problem during those hours, but the evening crew just sucks!

I order a lot, the 2 tacos on the app. You don't have an option for onions and tomatoes, just sauce, lettuce and cheese. Please add tomatoes and onions on your customize window.

The morning crew gets it. They know me. I go there a minimum of 2 to 4 times a week. They sometimes don't charge me for the tomatoes, and sometimes, they charge me anywhere from 10 to 35 cents for the tomatoes. Night crew, would charge me all kinds of different amount. Last time, they charged me.54 cents. I didn't want to argue. I noticed, they charged me for a slice of cheese. Tonight, this punk [censored] kid asked me for.87 cents. I asked for what? He had an attitude and said, this is what we charged you before. I told him they didn't, and he wanted to argue with me. I told him, I'm not going to argue with him. So they brought a manager and I told her what the morning crew does, and by then, there were four of your employees at the window. One girl, shut the window on me. I told the manager, she charged me.54 cents for a piece of cheese. I asked her to charge me for the tomatoes and onions, since you don't charge for onions, I should only be charged for the tomatoes. The manager told me to hold on. She got the manager on the phone, and the manager on the phone, told them how to do it. So now, I was charged.16 cents. I should not of had been at the window for about 15 minutes. A line of cars were forming behind me. I'm sorry, I was in the drive thru. This crew, is not organized. The car in front of me took about 12 minutes for them to get their food. I was in that drive thru close to a half hour. There was no excuse for the piss poor management. I drove home and my food was cold and the tacos were soggy. I am furious, this is why I'm writing.

Desired outcome: This crew needs to be trained better, even the manager.I would like a meal on the house at least, for my piss poor experience and a waste of my time.
