On 03/20/2025 @3:55am went to the drive thru at jack in the box on 61st St in galveston, TX ordered 8 tacos and was told by an employee AND the manager on duty that they were closed and would not serve me until 4:30am because they go on break at 4:00. Unfortunately I had to be at work by then and couldn't return nor would I return due to the disrespect from the employee.
Claimed loss: No food
Desired outcome: is this company policy? and if so please post store hours accordingly. And change ALL signage to reflect break hours. An apology would be nice
