I went to the local jack in the box like I always do (I love jack) I went thru drive thru, I ordered a supreme crossaint with no egg add letuce and tomato. When I got to the window there was a youg man and young lady, the young man kept asking the cooks if the sausage croissant was ready (I hate sausage) when it was ready the young lady handed over to me and I told her I order a supreme croisant right not a sausage she gave me a rude look and didnt answer. There was alot cars behind and I didn't want to hold up the line. So I decided to park and check my sandwich and of course it was a sausage croissant. I got off my car went to the from told the guy I order a supreme croissant not a sausage he said what's the difference? I told him I dont like sausage I wanted ham and bacon just like croissant has he gave it to the cook but they kept questioning what I wanted I said I want a supreme croissant just like it come but dont put egg and add letuce and tomato they seemed confuse (Like it so hard right?) I told him that I had mentioned it to the young lady but she ignored me. She then got defensive and said well maybe you should of spoken louder, I said excuse me she started being rude and I told her she should not be talking to me this way if her job is customer service she then said I can talk to you any way I want and what are you gonna do about it I said well of course file a complaint she said you think I care I stood quite did not want to cintinue the conversation she then handed over my sandwhich and told me, well you make sure you file that complaint and I said don't worrry vanessa I will.
When I got to my car my sanwhich was still done wrong and I just threw it away after what happend I din't trust eating it. I'm gonna try to file a complaint who knows what I will get out of it I thought it they will do anything about it. But I know for sure I will no longer be going to the santa paula jack in the box I will just have to drive to the next town.

you are so silly, if you talk the way you type, no wonder they got your order wrong. how the hell do you get OFF your car? were you on top of it AND driving? you must be a genious acrobat. I would think that they would be a little nicer to the slower (you) people like you though. duh da duh. ###!

the service that yall have at the store on I-45N and Edgebrook is horrible.Order is always wrong and they pull your car for your order entirelly to long i dont no what yall drive thru time actually is, but it is to long. Yall need better service cause as of right now i refuse to go back there because of time and accuracy and i know im not the only one feel that way.For me to take the time to do this im really pissed off excuse my language have a goodday.

Hello, we just came back from a Jack In the Box drive thru (Got there at approximately 12:45AM and left at 1:20AM). After, spending about 15minutes waiting for service at the window (this was due to her not being at her work station and having broken English and her in ability to take an order down correctly) she told us that there wasn't any Broccoli left for our Chicken Terriyaki Bowl, and that she could give us more chicken. Since, that was one of the main reasons we decided to order it we asked her to remove it from the order she promptly said "I can't do this", we replied we know you can do a return since we've been here before and have done it before. We then asked for a manager and said that there wasn't one on duty then we asked for the number, and she can't return it and she didn't know the number. She then said I'll go find you some Broccoli, and I think she went to the back and checked she came back saying she found some. We still asked her to remove as it would be too complicated, but she then changed her excuse to I don't know how to return. We then asked for a pen to write the customer service number down she asked us if we still wanted to talk to the manager and we said yes, and then she slammed the service window at us. We are now at home and threw away all the food fearing that she may have spit in it or made it un-edible due to the excessively long amount time she was in the back. After, looking at the receipt I noticed another flaw, we had given her $20.60 yet she put it in as $20.00 and gave us the same amount of change, and she had change in her hand. Basically she took $0.60 from us, and didn't put in the register that she received that much. We would like some reverence such as a full refund…..if there is a next time. I am sad to say but this incident has left me with a bad taste in my mouth about your company, and my fellow colleagues feel the same way.

I am tried of going to jack in the boxes and being service cold greasy tacos. I sent my daughter to the jack in the box on court rd in Houston, Texas and the tacos she brought me back really ticked me off. They were greasy and cold the meat was dried up and there were maybe two strings of lettuce inside the taco. Jack’s quality is going down hill because of the workers. They should be train on preparing food the correct way. I am really tired of spending my money for food that I am not happy with. Please reply to my complaint at the address list below.

This morning about 6:45am, I went through the drive thru at the Jack In The Box on 2100 block of E. Seminary Dr. in Ft Worth, I ordered the crossiant special one supreme and one sausage and a extreme sausage and the girl said that special is over. I said well why do you still have the sale up she said well my manager just havent taken it down, so I just ordered two extreme sausage, when I got to the window, she said my manager dont know if the special is still on, I said well that is fault advertising that you have the sign up and not honoring it, she had a look on her face like oh well, now things like that is what bring people to file law suites against the business, of course I am sure you are very aware of this, with out being told over and over, if you have a manager that is not doing their job why do you have them there, besides that when she open the window to give me my food you could hear loud laughing and talking, this is a very poor service and if I will tell other people about what happen there, but by reading the complaints there is alot of BS that is going on with you Jack In The Box, this can be fixed but the question is are you willing to jump in there to fix it, or will you just brush it off like your employees do and say OH WELL! Thanks for listening.

DO NOT GO TO JACK IN A BOX IN JAMBOREE/EDINGER IN TUSTIN CALIFORNIA!MY SON IS STILL SICK UNTIL NOW, WE ORDERED ULTIMATE BREAKFAST WITH CIABATTA BREAD AT DRIVE THRU, WHEN WE GOT HOME MY SON START EATING IT AND ALL OF A SUDDEN HE SCREAMED AND I RUSH TO SEE HIM AND MY SON SHOWED ME THAT THE BUN IS FULL AS IN FULL OF MOLD!I TOOK A PICTURES OF IT AND I WENT BACK TO JACK IN A BOX WHICH IS ONLY A MINUTE AWAY FROM MY HOME.I TALKED TO THE MANAGER AND HE JUST SAYING SORRY AND HE THREW THE MOLDY FOOD RIGHT AWAY, SO THE OTHER CUSTOMERS WONT SEE IT AND I ASKED WHO PREPARED OUR FOOD?THE MANAGER FRANCISCO SAY HE CANNOT SAY WHO DID IT.THE OWNER CALLED US AND SAYING SORRY THAT OUR SON IS SICK AND THERES NOTHING HE CAN DO ABOUT IT.I AM SO FRUSTRATED!WE SPENT MONEY FOR THE DOCTOR, ER, MEDICINES AND THE STRESS AND MY SONS SUFFERING ABOUT THIS.I AM PLANNING TO FILE A COMPLAINT JUST DONT KNOW HOW AM GONNA START.

I will agree with the young lady who went to the Jack in the Box who receive terrible service. Regardless if her spelling was not correct she was a customer. People who take the time to complain that is a good thing because so many customers at restaurants like Jack in the box serve food that is not acceptable and when you work hard for your money you do not want to waste it. I am speaking from experience Jack in the box in Euless Texas. DO NOT EAT THERE! They also have hair in their food they can never get their orders right. When you see Jack in the box commercials on television about how their food is cook to order. How their service is fat service. False advertising not true. What this restaurant do not understand is that they never know who they are serving. So therefore, they should serve good quality food and friendly service at all times. You trust that when you go to Jack in the Box you are also feeding your family so I must know at all times that I am feeding them good quality food. I received a call back from the District Manager who was Rafael who was worse than the store manager. I stated to him it is not about the correction of the food it is about what else are you serving in Jack in the Box. To Rafael the district manager over Jack in the Box the reason you were offered that position because I sure the owner thought you were capable of taking care of his customer. If you cannot handle the job please resign for the sake of the restaurant. You do not deserve that position because you have poor customer service skills and failure to know how to handle your customers. The Jack in the Box in Euless store#155 get an F for failure to serve clean and hot food. That woul;d be the Jack in the Box on highway 10 to be exact. DO NOT EAT THERE FOOD AND THE SERVICE IS NOT WORTH THE PRICE.

I go by jack in box early in the morning between 405am-430am and it's suppose to be a 24HR. Business but it's close at lease 5 days a week at this time you can go by their and order something you'll see then just drive off don't say nothing just come back the next 6 days I promise 5 or 6 of those days it will lie and say the computer is down at store #375 phone#[protected] on 249 and bammel n houston rd. Sometimes the employee is sitting outside smoking and talking why customer is coming threw the drive thru the employee is lying to customer saying the computer is down

I do like Jack in the Box, but the service at the Bellmead store definitely not good. The sour dough jack was cold and not prepared right, the curly fries were cold and so was the big Texas cheese burger. The food that was handed to us must have been sitting there for a while. We ordered a Large on the menu and did not get the free antenna ball advertised with it, and the shake machine was down. Did not even get a receipt to take the survey and let the company know. Went through the drive thru.

When through drive through and receive incoccect order. Employee would not fix the order or get the manager. Then kept my receipt. I call cs and receive a return call.

I WAS JUST AT JACK AND THE BOX A FEW MINUTES AGO. I HAVE ALWAYS FOUND THEM TO BE VERY FRIENDLY AND KIND.
SO I WENT DOWN TO BUY SEVERAL THINGS FOR MY HUSBAND AND MYSELF. WHEN I GOT HOME MY HUSBANDS MEAL WAS FINE,
BUT I HAD ORDERED THE CHICKEN STRIP MEAL. THE FISH WAS VERY NICE AND HOT, BUT THE CHICKEN WAS RAW, I THEN THROW EVERYTHING OUT. SORRY BUT COMPLAINTING, BUT MY MONEY COMES HARD SINCE I HAD CANCER AND MY HUSBAND JUSY HAD A HEART VALVE REPLACEMENT. AGAIN I ENJOY JACK IN THE BOX AND HOPE IT WILL BE BETTER NEXT TIME. I LIVE IN DEER PARK, TXAS AND THE JACK IN THE BOX WAS OFF HYW.225.

Today is Christmas eve, I understand the frustration but I was treated so rudely. First it was 7:25 the line was from the order screen to the red light. People waited for over 45 min while only a couple cars moved. Then a rude employee came out and screamed at us they were closing. First of all that was unprofessional and we waited for a long time from 7:25 til 8:11 then was told they were closed. I think that obviously this jack in the box was closing early for the holidays and I understand that but to only move 2 cars in over a half an hour is just wrong. They didn't want to do their job then they need to look for other employment. I mean they should all be fired. There was exactly 9 cars waiting in line and I bet I ant the only one complaining. This needs to be looked into and actions need to be taken. They not only made us waste our time but costed your company money. [protected]
