Home Depot

I called this store The Home Depot, on Sunset Blvd. Hollywood, asking if they had a one piece shower and tub in their store. They said that they had four in stock at their store. So I went to their web site and saw that they had three in stock. So I called them again and the lady said "you already called earlier about this, I told you we have four here in stock." I told her I will be there in an hour to buy two. When I showed up there, they said that they did not have any. I asked them to go in their stock room to see and they flat out told me NO. I told them I called twice and was informed that there were four in stock. Their reply was, The people in our store don't know what they are talking about. When I asked to speak with the lady who I spoke to on the phone, they told me she is gone for the day.
I drove one hour to get these items and they were too lazy to go look in the back. If your website says three in stock and the sales rep said they had four in stock, why do they lie. Then they sent me to The Home Depot on Wilshire Blvd and said they have one in stock. So I drive another hour in the traffic to this store for them to tell me they don't have any. I was so upset and demanded for them to check in their back stock and sure enough, they found one. Is this they way customers should be treated? I don't think so.
