I reserved an appointment to have my 1998 Lincoln Continental Mark VIII serviced at a Midas servicing station located at 2424 Figueroa Street in Los Angeles, California. I dropped my car off on July 27, 2023, at 8:00am. When I left my Lincoln Mark VIII at the service station, the cashier told me it may take a little while but they'll get the service done. I called today to see if my car was ready for me to pick it up. The guy that I spoke with on the phone is named Greg. He told me they didn't fix my car. He also said there's some kind of oil leak so the mechanics didn't want to work on it. My car was taken somewhere to be evaluated because it wasn't at the shop for over a week. I went to the Midas servicing station today and my car was filthy. I am not sure where the mechanics had it parked at but their was too much dirt on it. I also discovered the windows on it don't work. Someone at the Midas servicing station messed with the electrical system so the windows on my car aren't working. The driver-side window is down and the passenger-side window is up. I don't mine the free service I got for invoice #0089953. Some Hispanic male mechanic did something to the starter on my Lincoln at an AMMCO mechanic shop a few months prior. That shop closed down because of it. However, I believe the person paid for the $640.89 service at the Midas I am complaining about on 5/28/2019. I will upload the receipt. The second time the Midas servicing station being mentioned serviced my 1998 Lincoln Mark VIII was on 9/11/2019. The invoice number is #0091406. The service being mentioned cost me $250.00. Greg installed two side mirrors on the Lincoln.
Desired outcome: I want the mechanics to fix my car so my door switches for the door windows and the door locks work like they were before I left my vehicle at the Midas servicing center.
