Kohl's seem to be out sourcing their business to people that can not speak English very well nor do they understand it, I received a letter telling me that I had a zero balance but that my payment was delinquent. after a lot of trying to figure out what I was being told I was told to give them my credit card number and that I could pay the $3.00 right now, which I did but when I asked how I could see my statement they didn't know. I called another number after going on line and trying to find my statement to no avail and got yet another person that couldn't speak very good English that was insistent that all I had to do was look for the statement sigh and open it like I hadn't been doing that for the last hour. If Kohl's is having a problem I fully understand it and if they can't afford Americans to man their phones they need to close because they have inferior clothes and are overpriced already.
I am done with Kohl's I would rather go to Walmart at least they are an American run store!
