Kohl's review: Losing Kohls cash

I purchased several items on Kohls.com and had to return most of them. When I did, I was given two Kohls cash blue and white certificates - one for $20 and another for $14.86. Expiration date was December 11, 2024. I again placed an order on Kohls.com and neither certificate worked. I tried putting in the number on the backs of the certificates with the pin, still would not work. The Kohl’s cash never ever showed up in my wallet. So I lost $34.86 on these two certificates. Tried calling the store’s customer service to tell them but I was told to come into the store. I don’t live that close to the store and could not get in there before December 11. I think this program is a scam. You have a week to use some or you get a longer time to use them if you get the Kohl’s Cash certificates. So the store wins and the customer loses. The last time I lost money with Kohls cash, I didn’t shop there for over two years and I will probably think twice about ever shopping there again. So buyers, beware of Kohls cash.
