Arrived in the mail and have stains on the strap that cross the front of the foot. The left shoe has black and brown stains and the right one has purple/black stains that do not wipe off. Poor quality control. This should have Never left the building looking like this. These are needed for a wedding tomorrow and not available in our local store.

I just saw a very disturbing video of a customer being asked to leave because the store did not have enough associates to watch him while he shopped while black. I will not shop a Kohl's anymore.

I order a pair of Crocs for my Kid about two months ago which they are showing in shipping mode. I have contacted them twice and they assured to deliver it in a week but it has been delivered yet. Order number [protected] .

Kohl's has been charging me unethically for months. I need to complaint agains them and report the fraud with proof. Who would be able to take an actions against them?

I purchased apt 9 dress and wore it only for 3-4 times and its full of bubbles, I can't expect this kind of quality from a brand name. I can't go to return dress as I don't remember when did I buy it and I don't have receipt either.

The back left pocket of his jeans tore from the top of the pocket seam to the bottom of the pocket. The jeans are fairly new and have no other wear on them.

I purchased a pair of Deerstags Boys dress shoes for $44.00 in September for my son for school. They fell apart within a month, the bottom is made of cardboard. I made a complaint to the store and they said "oh well". I tried to give it a one star rating on their site but they won't post it. Do not buy there Deerstag shoes.

i called kohl's credit card to switch my autopay to a diffrent bank the lady took my info from new bank but did not switch it so i got overdraft from old bank. they now say you can't do it over the phone so why did the first lady take all my info

A package was said to have been delivered yesterday by ups as stated by UPS. It was not.

None of the checkouts were open this morning at Collierville, TN. When finally a black female sales person showed up, she repeatedly asked us to go to someone behind us to wait for checkout. The customer behind us event told the sales person that we were there before her. We ended up not buying anything at Kohls.

I keep receiving emails from "Kohl's" claiming that I've won a free Ninja Air Fryer. The email is coming from and is obviously a phishing scam. I have gotten several over the past couple of days and keep reporting them with Gmail's "Report phishing" button but they just keep coming. Please do not fall for this scam.

The box had brown packing tape so I used a box cutter to open it- the box was to small for the down coat & I cut into the coat opening the box- Its Damaged & I'm not paying $140.00 for it because of Poor packing.

The email address from sender is, info@tennis-warehouse.com. I doubt a Lodge skillet offer for taking a survey is from tennis warehouse.

I couldn't pay my card on time because you locked my account. You tell me I have to reset my password but every time I hit the link that you send to my e-mail, it immediately tells me the link has expired and to try again. This is my FIFTH time and I STILL can't access my account to make a payment on my card.

I am not able to pay my bill online and I am not able to click "Continue" button, when I call customer service they transfer to other department and the other department transfers back to customer service, its annoying.

I purchased this pair of shoes. These are slip- ons. After wearing for twice a week for 2 months, left shoe is falling apart. Never had such an issue in the past.

I ordered 6 pair of briefs in June, 2 out of the 6 the stitching came out, poor quality. Order # [protected]

I went into kohls store number 1591 vel Philips, and the guy parker was very rude his tone was disrespectful, and he got on his radio or walkie and was very demanding and talking to coworkers rude. please have better manager to assist!
