Their application is very invasive and I have concerns about their confidentiality agreement.
Here is an example of a question I consider a bit invasive for a low paying non security position: Was asked to list all addresses for last 10 years.
Their confidentiality agreement basically insinuated that if you work there you couldn't leave and work for anyone in any kind of pet business. The way it was worded it could include a plethora of job types and would give far to much room for interpretation.
You have to fill out the application without the ability to ask questions about the confidentiality agreement you are being asked to put your signature on if you have any hope of getting this job.
This could potentially put a person in a very bad position.
