Meineke Car Care Center

On 5/9/2023, I took my Honda CRV to the Meineke on Bangs Ave in Modesto, CA for a 4-wheel alignment. I had recently done suspension work and my mechanic directed me to get an alignment ASAP. I also had replaced all 4 tires with new ones. At the time I took my car to Meineke, it was NOT pulling to either side.

Meineke completed the alignment, which I used a Groupon for in the total amount of $84. As I was driving home, I noticed my car was pulling to the right side. I had my mechanic drive the car to get his opinion and he felt it was pulling to the right abnormally. On 5/12/2023, I once again took the car to Meineke on Bangs Ave. and had them re-check the alignment. They told me the alignment was correct and after moving the tires left to right, they felt the tires were the issue. I indicated that the tires were new. I decided to get a 2nd opinion and took my vehicle to Northern Tire and Wheel in Modesto, CA on 5/16/2023. They indicated upon inspection that only the front end of my vehicle had been aligned. The back had not been aligned at all. Basically I paid full price for HALF the job.

They went ahead and realigned it correctly. They also rotated the tires and test drove the car twice, however my vehicle is still pulling to the right.

I do not wish to take my vehicle back to Meineke for a third time, however I feel I should be refunded half of what I paid for a full alignment, since they only performed half the job. I now have to figure out why my car is pulling after taking it to Meineke when it wasn't pulling before. The alignment at Meineke took less than an hour and I was told by the gentleman at the front desk that the alignment was not off by much. I told him it didn't seem to even need one, but I understood it had to be done after suspension work.

My car still pulls to the right side and I have no idea how to resolve this.

Had a Groupon that I purchased for $149. to have my complete brakes done and walked out of there paying $323. Charged me $190 parts $117.52 labor which labor was included in the groupon.Only extra part I needed was resurfacing of my rotors which they charged $88 for two front and $23.71 for one sensor (but there are 2 tires).Oh but yes they were nice.One of the guys even complimented my nail polish, since when do guys talk nail polish?
