Meineke Car Care Center review: Very false advertisement and very desrespectfully customer service

I went to me my hometown Meineke today 02/21/2025 around 2;00 and ask Mickey wanted to use the finance options that I have always used with them she stated okay let me check what is wrong with the truck as I waited a salesman came and asked had she been promoting the snap she says yes only if the price was 2000 plus the salesman also stated that he had been calling them and she say Tiffany puts the phone on airplane mode or it just might be off so he called the phone number right in front of Micky. They the workers said that I needed front and back rotors and brake pads. So I said OK give me a front line alignment also and what about your sign it says free tire rotation she says okay and say again I want to finance this on snap she say OK so I say again go ahead and before you do any work lets see if get approve she says I will do it when the job is done. when I come back mickey says you are ready and says this will be cash I say I wanted to use snap she ran it several times and the it prompt wrong bank info so she call Karen which was very unprofessional and then Tiffany Karen stated that I would have to pay in cash I explain what happen she that she could release my truck because that bank was closed and it would be 30 days to reapply. Tiffany came in and was running late for her dance appointment in Redfield, Ar and knew that it was no alignment done nor tire rotation and so the error that Mickey had made. So I generously paid my light bill money to get my truck back, Tiffany knew that I had been done wrong and gave me her personally phone no#[protected]. and said she will try to make it I am really scared for my safety now to trust this company again. I really need my light bill money back in these hard times.
