Meineke Car Care Center review: Front end parts 1

On 10-8-2024 I took my 2016 Nissan Rogue to Meineke in Penn Hills, PA. for a state and emissions inspection. While there I was told the emissions machine was down. so, the mechanic had to drive it to another Meineke location. The service manager (Jay) received a call from his mechanic while he was at the other location and informed me that my vehicle failed emissions. When my car was brought back, Jay said it needs to be driven more to get the sensors up to code. He suggested driving different places, turning off the car and repeating this for a while, then come back on another day. They then pulled my vehicle in and started doing the state inspection. I was told the left front tie rod; ball joint was bad. I told him that I had just purchased a 4-wheel alignment 8-17-2024 at this location and passed with no sign of any front-end damage. I informed him and then produced paperwork from the Meineke shop that did the same work on 12-12-2022. He said let me talk to Joe who owns both Meineke shops. I go back on 10-14-2024 and emissions failed again. Jay said he would check for himself the front end. It now changed to the right sidewheel bearings. First of all, not even two years and the work that was done is now needed again, and when I got the 4-wheel alignment I should have been told of any damage. I don't think the alignment would have been successful. I don't know what they are trying to do, but I will never take my vehicle to any Meineke again. I know nothing will come of this and I do have all my paperwork involved.
