Over the last 2 years, CVS has known which brand of medication I need. Other brands are not absorped properly by my body.
Last year I made a half a dozen trips in two weeks to pickup prescription. Each time it was the wrong prescription, even though CVS staff told me they had correct medicine. Manager made sure notes had correct brand info. (That's the way account was setup.)
Received call from CVS last week saying to pickup prescription. It was the wrong brand again. Requested correct brand & was told it would be in today, Jan 3.
Called CVS & was told it would be in Jan. 7, as it was a special order. It's not a special order, it's a standing order!
Pharmacist told me it was my fault for delay as I made a special order! I lost it. Asked to speak to manager. She said I'd have to wait until tomorrow then hung up phone!
The other problem is this medication has to be taken with another medication. Am supposed to be able to pick them up together on tge 1st.
What's happening is that I keep running out of one or both mefications. Can't make two trips into town to pickup on different days because it's too expensive that way.

Claimed loss: Can't drive due to injury. It's $50+ per trip into town with Lyft. Won't do delivery because I don't trust getting correct medicine.
Desired outcome: CVS needs to update their order system so that the wrong medication cannot be ordered.Pharmacist needs retraining. There's a reason there are notes on my account. And she needs to follow the notes.
