Safeway - Checkers: reid and stevenson

Upon questioning of the $5.00 coupon on purchases over $25.00; Stevenson said agreed and said it was new customer's Only. Then he took my ad while I turned my back and sent me to Reid's line.

Upon Reid's line, he said it was for new customer's only while Stevenson stood by in Reid's check stand to affirm his stance. All's I did was to ask. However, then Reid would give his made up information about Safeway's in which I have shopped since 1970's and know the company well, although it is now Albertson's. Succeeding, I asked for a manager, to which Reid continuously and abruptly accused me of having been told when I came into the store, that Scott was clocked out to lunch. Well, I wonder if there may have be someone assigned while Scott is out to lunch, however, Reid kept insisting that I have been told, lacking the ability for flexibility in his perception or thinking. Further, he insisted the meat sale are on Five dollar Friday's which is so incorrect. I then pointed out the first item in the ad to him, yet he doesn't acknowledge. (then I learned, again Stevenson took my ad away, again! He has a fetus for paper as whenever I have a question about coupons, he snatches my coupon away, while he can easily get the ad himself). Anyway, I had already been kind of mad at Reid so I said something about disliking him and he had a loud verbal tantrum that can be heard throughout the store. He was inciting support from the security guard, other employees and mostly customers. He continued in his loud verbal tantrum and said he won't help me, directed me to go back to self check and refused to hand me my products. He caused a lot of chaos from his screams, confusion and embarrassed me to no end and caused upset! I told him that I would write this incident up!

Desired outcome: That Reid would be spoken to. He will continue to hold a grudge as he declared that he will no longer ever help me! He's inappropriate in his information and his actions.
