On 7/14/23. @ 8:20 my husband and I went into Petsmart store # 0056 in Pittsburg Ca, while we were shopping my husband needed to use the restroom and there are codes needed to enter the restroom so we went to the employee and requested assistance for him to use the restroom, the employee we asked looked over at who I assumed to be her higher up or lead ( I believe her name was Selina, description as an older white woman, 50’s maybe, with dirty blonde hair and glasses, kind of heavy set) if I heard correctly and Selina proceeded to look at my husband in a irritated manor telling him to hold on then proceed to tell him the restroom was closed now. I asked her why they were closed and she said they just were and walked away. I usually NEVER complain, because maybe she was to busy to walk the 20 feet and unlock it, but they were not. There were 3 cashiers works her being one of them and if they actually were we could have waited no problem. It was extremely rude and quite lazy for her to dismiss him like that and I just wanted management to know of this. We are FAITHFUL customers of Petsmart and shop there frequently and thankfully have not been treated in such a manor before with the exception of this evening. If bathrooms are closed usually there is a sign? She did not say it was out of order she said closed already. Just simply rude for no reason, other than maybe she thought whatever you f my husband from all of his tattoos and looks but he is a good hardworking citizen of our community so maybe she shouldn’t treat people so rudely next time
