I can recall when this wonderful young lady first started working here at one-stop metropcs. Her trainer comment me being a good customer for her. Because there is not a question regarding which device I should decide to purchase, the plan which is best, and my contact (as if there were one).
I am letting you know this because I still today am very very much pleased with arlene warm professional expertise she provide at not only the one-stop but but the one in anderson, ca as well
This last incident will give you and idea as to how valuable arlene is to metropcs/tmobile.
After the outrage everyone was about the $15 fee to switch devices. Then very gratful there is not going to be a fee. Well I was so outraged I went into the westside village location. And was informed I had to pay $15 to switch back to my previous device. I did not do it. Instead I call metropcs and explained my situation even spoke with a supervisor, still had to go back to one-stop and pay that $15. Only this time there was arlene. I was so please that she is the person I would be having to pay the out of the pocket fee to, it did not matter. You see if I am going to have to pay at least I should be getting my money worth. Arlene make any kind of compication that would go wrong alright.
