Home Depot - Tile and laminate flooring and installation

On 8th April 2021 I paid in full ($16, 689.12) for flooring materials and installation. As of today, June 8th, the materials delivery is incomplete and no installation date has been provided.

Missing materials delivery was re-scheduled several times with various reasons given. Some items arrived and the remaining item was finally scheduled for June 12th, but instead I received a phone call stating they put the material on the wrong truck and it will now be another 7 days until they can dispatch another truck. I am only 1 hour from the store. It shouldn't require 7 days to correct their mistake. I can no longer believe the reasons they give for the delays.

The missing materials consist of 3 boxes of tiles. These are probably not even needed since there is 15% excess materials built in to the job. But they refuse to schedule the installation until the 3 boxes of tile are here.

Home Depot is selling products they do not have or cannot deliver. They are collecting money from customers for installations they cannot or will not complete.

Desired outcome: I would like my flooring project that was paid for in full 9 weeks ago to be completed imediately.
